I own a business and am extremely fussy when it comes to quality control. I have had prints, bookmarks etc from Minuteman and the outcome has always been amazing. Very helpful in making adjustments to the text of the document before printing out a sample copy for me to view. Quick turn around for 300 copies required. Staff member helped me to put the boxes in my car. A very good experience all round.
I have been here three times now for some small prints. Today was the last time, which is unfortunate since they are so close by. I have received some really great service by one of the women working at the front desks; however, the other has been rude and unhelpful both encounters I have had with her. Today I brought a picture on USB to be printed. The picture was sized correctly within the USB, but when the woman (with short hair and glasses) printed it, she had to print it on a bigger paper than what I needed the size to be. Understandable, that's how they have to print them. However, when I asked her if I could have that cut down to the correct size, the size that I thought I would be paying for when using their services, she declined to help me with that and said I would have to do it myself. I know that they will not do everything for me, but I would think making my picture the size that it was meant to be would be a standard part of their services considering they have the tools and are a printing company, which one would think would include printing pictures in the format that they are intended to be for the customer. Instead of simply asking me where I would like the dimensions to be and easily using their professional paper cutter (like the other saleswoman did), she said for me to do it myself, I'm guessing either with my scissors or is expecting me to buy a paper cutter for this one picture. Scissor cuts for a picture I intend to frame will look really unprofessional and not what I was hoping for when I went in to use their services. Not the kind of service I would expect for the first world.
Minuteman provided an exceptional printing service. They produced a run of mounted photos for an exhibition I worked on without hassle and to a very high standard. I must give particular praise to the customer service for being patient, well informed and helpful. I would definitely use them again/

I would definitely recommend Minuteman Press. The person who served me was Kieran, they were extremely timely and professional. I required a variety of different types of prints - stickers and paper printouts.
I was quite particular about the finish of the items so they let me come in and take a look at examples and choose which I felt was right for me and the price was more affordable than I expected.
Kieran was very thorough and quick at answering my (many!) questions and making suggestions himself.
I couldn't be happier with my experience with them.

We recently purchased a Roller Banner from Minuteman and we are very very happy with it! When looking around for options, there are some cheap online automated ones, but the personal service and genuine care through Minuteman Press is impossible to beat! Dave, Chris and Mark were all lovely and helpful through the whole process. Mark took my rather 'unique' template, (made through Microsoft Word!!) and turned it to three beautiful options to choose from. After some minor tweaks, we had a perfect design which came out wonderfully. Could not be better in any way. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic customer service and a wide range of options.
I came in to do a scan of 3 pages of sketches, which they scanned and later transferred to a USB. Next day I checked the files and one of them had a green streak that ran across the page (not a part of the original file). While I understand these things happen and are fixable with Photoshop, I would appreciate if the person doing the scanning would actually check the files first before putting them on the USB, especially considering the small number of pages involved.
And now that I think about it, they weren't really that friendly either. I won't be coming back there again.

I took advantage of their 250 free business cards offer (because I was looking around for a new printer and I'm tight like that) and I have to say that I was impressed with both the quality and the speed. Not only that, but I made a mistake with the artwork and they corrected free of charge (twice).

I know all this data because I was working in a print shop for 3 years where I was dealing with the finances of the prints. So yes, it is an abusive price for anyone who needs a small amount of impressions or at least is what I think.

Minuteman are fast, efficient and very reasonable for the printing of my instruction manuals, work books and presentations. The staff are friendly, always know how long each job is going to take and have waited for me to arrive (stuck in traffic) for a pick up.
We are a Bath based publisher of Children's Books and social stationery and are very happy with Minuteman Press. We've been using them for years for everything from product stickers for the big retailers right down to business cards and compliment slips.
They are reasonably priced, local and the service is excellent.
This lot mis printed a load of my stuff even though I supplied the art work already laid out (not just once either!) and tried to blame it on the media I supplied. They also lost some of my print media in their shop for 3 days which meant I had to dispatch an incomplete order to my client to ensure they had what they needed and then re deliver to complete the order.
It might have been ok if they had admitted they were in the wrong.
They may be ok for the odd bit of photocopying but if you are working to a deadline I would suggest you go back to google and find a professional.
