We order sushi from here frequently and find the rolls to be consistently fresh and delicious.

Ate there one time and twenty minutes later got so sick, thought I was dying. I'm sure it's form the sushi.

Excellent sashimi and rolls. A little pricey but great quality. Love the ikura and the kumamoto oysters

Used to order from Xaga all the time, but just called to place a $200 order and they wouldn't make one substitution to a roll (that they always made for me before) because they are too busy. I guess they don't need the business after the quarantine...

service good and food presently nicely and the noise level should be worked on.

I've gone here a couple of times. It's been good until this recent visit. I guess, the regular sushi chef was off.

normally this place has some good food, today i ordered the shrimp wonton soup. this soup cost me $8.00 and i came with 2 tiny shrimps and the size of the soup was no larger than the $3.00 miso soup. I called them back about this order and they even claimed that they were breaded jumbo shrimp, all i can think is what a JOKE! ASK PRICE BEFORE ORDERING!!!

Loved this place. Miso soup, pepper runa Pataki and ginger duck were all fabulous.

Currnt Update: Called to place $300 delivery order for lunch (11:30-3:00) and they were closed for lunch and it wasn t even 3 PM yet!! How disappointing and upsetting. Smh!! ... fresh, tasty, and presentable. Early delivery was super fast. Fave is the Teriyaki Salmon Lunch Box! Salmon, sushi, tempura, rice, soup, salad;dont forget the spicy mayo!!

I do dine in, delivery and pick up. I've never had an issue with either options. It's great food and reasonably priced. They remodeled and expanded about a year or two ago and the decor has an upscale look. They also offer lunch specials.

In for a drink and apps. Unfortunately they close for the lunch change over. We would have been happy to stay for just drinks but not allowed

I used to love this place. But last time I was here, my friend and I ended up getting horrible horrible horrible food poisoning which landed me in the hospital. Never again!

Good sushi spot. The red snapper appetizer in particular is great.

I love this place!!! It s my favorite to go after we leave are country club to eat!!! I also love the Japanese sodas that you can order!! I m a kid by the way.

Good or ok. Depending if you eat hot dishes from the kitchen. The sushi is always good. Fresh and well prepared. The kitchen dishes are inconsistent. It taste like a different chef cooked the same dish with his recipe. I was there tonight and it was very good. What happens next time, who knows, but the shadow.

Food was delicious. Lollipop chicken. Sauces were also good. You have to try it.

The sushi is consistently good and the service is excellent. It is conveniently located with ample parking. It doesn't quite reach five stars as the price is a bit steep for the quality and good but not great imagination. Fun for night out with friends or on date. Cocktails are good, but again, not quite 5 star.

I went today for Mother s Day and we were sitted right away and the food was okay but the only thing I didn t like was the lady who took my order because I asked formally about the sashimi and she looked annoyed. She did not smile, rude and nor was helpful the whole time. Although the rest of the staff who served us were sweet and smiled! I literally got up when we finished paying and left my tip for the waiters who deserved it and not for that one lady. I will not be coming back by the way.Good service counts guys!

Love this restaurant, food is always good, drinks on point. My sister rented out a space for my Birthday dinner and the accommodations they extended was more than expected.

Good food, good service, nothing special though. A little on the pricey side for the food quality but the service more then makes up for it.

Dinner there would get 3 Stars, the price just doesn't match the quality of the food. While nothing is bad or disappointing food wise it just isn't good enough to justify it over other sushi spots with better food and cheaper prices albeit slightly worse service.

Lunch time there with the Lunch Specials though is amazing. It's not too crowded so the service is perfect and the prices for that level of service can't be beat anywhere near by. They have a wide enough variety of specials that you can go multiple times a week without getting bored and still try something new if you so desire.

Good sushi but to be honest my mother once got a piece of glass in hers so be careful. Calm atmosphere and usually you can get a table.

I had great experience with their delivery service. The order came faster than expected and the raw fish tasted very fesh and tender.

I order from here quite often. The quality of sushi is top notch and they are not shy in using it when making their rolls. I have been eating from Xaga for at least 5 years now and I have never had a bad experience. One of my favorite sushi places. Highly recommend their sushi pizza!

Food is subpar and overpriced, very disappointed. (Chicken teriyaki)

This was my first time coming to a restaurant during COVID. Everyone was super welcoming and kind. They separated tables more than 6ft, each table hand hand sanitizer and they brought you a warm towel to wash your hands. The sushi was fresh and they had a lot of rolls to chose from. This may have became our go-to sushi spot.

I really can't comment on the decor since I've never been in there, but their online ordering is great, and delivery was extremely prompt. The rolls we got were hellishly tasty, including the vegetable ones like avocado and sweet potato. Will definitely get delivery from them again.

I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is tasty and the team is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we have a gorgeous evening. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

Terrible staff. Rush my meal. Gave me the check before I ask for it. What if I wanted a desert? I felt rushed and not loved by the staff. I can t eat normally without them coming with a check asking for my money without patiently waiting.

Great service and delicious sushi combos. We were able to be seated right away and food came out promptly following ordering. Will definitely return!

Delicious food isn't a expensive the plates are very well decorated good location in Hewlett, some people don't like to wait for your food but believe me after you eat a great food you not even care, happens to me, very recommended

A bit over priced, but this IS hewlett... Good quality food, my personal favorite Spicy Crunchy Kani Salad in the 5 towns! But, my least favorite part is that they close weekdays from 3-4:30 and that's usually my lunch time!!!!

Good place for crazy sushi, the kind sushi masters would scorn but you just love because they are giant rolls with like 5 ingredients piled on top. Fish quality is pretty good, and the restaurant is nice and a little upscale but still leans more casual.
