I had an issue with my recently purchased pole and while customer service was a bit tricky to get in contact with, once we did they were amazingly helpful and kind. I believe my fiance spoke to a person named Mark, and he was wonderful!

My company has spent $5,406.00 on poles with this company. I reached out to my rep A. Wang, 4 days ago. I also called and left a voicemail. No reply. Therefore my business is on hold and cannot move forward. I m loosing money!!! They answer quickly when it s time to spend money but do not reply at all when you have a problem. I expected more from you X-POLE. Someone please have my rep call me!

very disappointed. i ordered a pole from here a month and a half ago and it was supposed to deliver nearly three weeks ago. the delivery date kept getting pushed back and it s been pending for weeks now. i emailed xpole a week ago and i have not gotten a response. i am worried they won t ever help me and i just lost $400. i m really sad because i ve heard great things about this company. i d expect much better costumer service from a company with such expensive equipment. i m writing this in hopes they ll help me resolve this, and i ll continue to try to context them :((

I have been trying to reach someone to help with my seldom used stage pole that has been wobbling dangerously and I have been getting almost no response. I had a tech call me once and treat me like I didn't know how to set up my pole and didn't give me an email to send a video of how janky the pole is acting. I have had no response since then and it has been a week.

I decided a little over two months ago that I wanted to get into pole fitness and spent multiple hours and weeks trying to decide what at home pole brand/material/etc I was looking for and was told by several friends (they have had their X-Poles for 6+ years and they still look brand new) that I should go with X-Pole and that there was no other way to go. If you are considering getting into pole this is definitely the place to go and actually feel the different materials they have they have a room that you can go see and feel all of the materials and all of the sizes they offer. I purchased one titanium gold X-Perts and then went back for a second one later! The lady that was helping me spent a lot of time with me and helping me with any uncertainties that I had before spending all of the money on my first pole, she was very knowledgable. The best part was they had all of the products right there for purchase, I didn't have to spend a lot of money on shipping and I got to actually feel the set up product before I bought it. The X-Clean (pole cleaner) is a scent that is not for everyone but I personally like it and it definitely gets anything grip aid wise off of your pole with ease! Also if you are online ordering the lady said to call and get one flat rate for shipping vs every item you add to your cart adding on more shipping costs. I checked out some other pole brands around California and the people were not nearly as greeting and knowledgable about their products, X-Pole is the way to go. The spinning mode on mine is spectacular too! It truly is a wonderful workout that once you invest in a pole you can find all of the beginner videos on youtube and you are set for a lot of working out, I have lost a lot of fat and gained so much muscle these past two months I didn't even know this was possible! I highly highly recommend pole fitness for anyone wanting a killer full body workout, I am an amputee that has been looking for a good workout that was not going to bother my amputation for the past 5 years, I have found it! This is great to do with friends as well! The pole has great videos on set up as well. I was a little freaked out by setting it up at first, however their youtube videos helped tremendously!

I live in Connecticut. I bought this pole. I received it approximately 3 weeks later. I absolutely love it. I danced on it for a couple of hours and lost three pounds in one day. It is great for toning your body. I would suggest securing the top of the pole onto a ceiling. This makes the pole not move around when you are doing tricks on it. Purchase the one with the built in stage. You will be extremely pleased.

I live in Hawaii and recently tried to purchase a pole for my wife who has recently become very involved in pole fitness. A day after my online transaction I received an email asking for a copy of my utility bill and/or a verbal bank verification prior to accepting my order. This seemed out of place to me as the last time I was asked for that much personally identifiable information was for my passport. I simply and politely asked for them to void the transaction and they agreed via email......They still charged my AMEX Platinum anyway the full amount even after saying they couldn't complete the transaction due to "security" concerns. Something does not smell right.......still waiting for refund.....

Update 5/24/17 : I was able to get ahold of Heidi, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She apologized for the delay and explained what to do and what was going to get done to solve the problem I had. I'm satisfied with the outcome of this issue and if I need to purchase more items or different items, I will return to X-pole and give them my business. Thank you Heidi for your help and professionalism.

Previous review - I have been trying to get someone to investigate my xpole issue since April 28th. I just got my pole mid April. I used it on static mode a handful of times after setting it up exactly the way it says in the directions. On spin mode it's clearly not spinning correctly since it wobbles back and forth. I took it apart and rolled both my "A" and "B" pole on my flat marble table and they're both bowed. I purchased an extension and that pole is completely fine. I have sent countless videos to show the problem with my pole and I still have yet to hear from anyone about my issue. It's now May 24th! Beware of this company's customer service and quality of the product they sell. I'm so extremely disappointed.

BEST ONLINE PURCHASE EVER!! IHAD PURCHASED XPOLE EXPERT 50MM POLE 2 YEARS AGO . RECENTLY HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT BEING STUCK AT THE A POLE ADJUSTER ,BUT WITH THE HELP OVER THE PHONE WITH HEIDI AT EXTENSION 103 SHE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME GET IT UNSTUCK!! SHE WAS PATIENT AND THOROUGH AND EVEN OFFERED TO FACETIME TO GET IT FIXED. WITH THE HELP OF WD40 AND A LITTLE TRICK IT WAS BACK PERFECT IN NO TIME!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR POLE FITNESS NEEDS!! THANKS AGAIN
