very disappointed. i ordered a pole from here a month and a half ago and it was supposed to deliver nearly three weeks ago. the delivery date kept getting pushed back and it s been pending for weeks now. i emailed xpole a week ago and i have not gotten a response. i am worried they won t ever help me and i just lost $400. i m really sad because i ve heard great things about this company. i d expect much better costumer service from a company with such expensive equipment. i m writing this in hopes they ll help me resolve this, and i ll continue to try to context them :((
