The best hotel and casino in Las Vegas. I've stayed at many hotels in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, etc., and no place beats the Wynn Las Vegas. Clean, beautiful, generous Red Card rewards you earn for playing, friendly staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. I live in Boston and there is the Encore Boston but I travel 3,000 miles to the Wynn Las Vegas for that extra good feeling of fun, excitement, and pampering.
Loved our stay at the Wynn Hotel! Clean, beautiful, friendly. Had a beautiful view from our 52 floor room. Close to the Fashion Show Mall and shops.

Love this hotel! Their cafe "Drugstore Cafe" is really good. The service could be a little better, yet they do deal with drunk people all day long. Their food though, it's pretty delicious! The people who work at the Wynn are very accommodating and friendly. I'd come here to gamble and get the party started everytime! Good luck in Vegas, friends!!!!
Always an amazing experience at Wynn and Encore. The friendliest, most efficient staff in Las Vegas. Cleanliness it always top notch and the dining experience is impeccable. Most definitely our favorite resort in Las Vegas.

A well oiled machine, no doubt
The hotel is trying to be something that it will never be: a high-end, elegant Las Vegas experience. The reason? The staff are bored, inattentive, and at times rude. You can see it as you walk through the casino on any given night: the tables are mostly empty, except for the dealers standing behind them yawning to stay awake, looking as if they dread the thought that someone might actually sit at their table. The loudest sound one hears are the crickets chirping in the background. If you want real excitement, go to any of the other casinos on the strip. That's where the fun people will be.
The Wynn is always top notch. Great hotel and people are great too! Service is excellent.
5 stars for the Tower and restaurants; 3 for a standard casino and unaccomodating staff. Waiting for my phone to charge in a designated communications hallway and a guy in black told me I could not sit on the floor. I complied but asked why and got a glib reply "because this is a 5 star hotel." He did not offer a chair, stool or more comfortable charging location. High-handed and judgemental reply still makes me less charitable in my opinion of the Wynn than it might have earned.
Wow one of the most amazing rooms I ve ever stayed in... plus there s an Alexa device in the room to control temp, lights, drapes etc. not sure we will actually leave this place.
I stay at the Wynn/Encore most every time I visit Las Vegas. Visits typically are a get away. The rooms are wonderful, beds are great. I dream that someday I could afford to purchase a queen bed. Three hours sleep is like 9 hrs in Steve's special designed beds. The service is exceptional, if I need anything, the hotel accommodates me. Also 5 star Chefs and restaurants w/diverse cuisines. Gambling from the big players to the small players (me). The slots are not loose but not so tight I can play for longer and actually usually do not leave the hotel. I've tried other hotels (when I meet a friend & they insist only) and none compare.
My stay there was incredible I am so amazed with the Hotel ...I would definitely go back

Should be more than 5 stars, but I can't figure out how. The epitome of luxury and pampering. The pool is exquisite and maintained beautifully. The water is a perfect 85 degrees (year round, from what I was told). The buffet is full of a variety of excellent choices

can t say nothing but the very best elite service any place that you walk in this hotel from the pool from the machines food reception everything was just amazing including the housekeeper she was exceptionally amazing she went far and beyond with her service making sure that our needs were being fulfilled definitely will recommend this hotel for anybody That loves Vegas loves gambling but also have a family to entertain I love the environment he has activities for everybody for every member of the family and you can be at peace of mind that everybody will have a great time
A beautiful and upscale hotel/casino at the North end of the Vegas strip. I always enjoy my time at the Wynn. The casinos are immaculate and serviced by some of the friendliest staff on the strip. There are many upscale restaurants and shops to occupy you if you want to take a break from the action at the tables. I enjoyed the buffet. Very awesome! There is also world class entertainment at their venues and a lot of must see shows. If you're in Vegas check out the Wynn!
One of the more stylish resorts in Vegas. Staff was always extremely helpful and friendly. Suites have a simple, but nice style and are very large and comfortable. Casino here is one of my favorites. Casino temperature is not that freezing as in other casinos.
Other than everything being super expensive the place was amazing. Our room was beautiful. Definitely would recommend a stay here if you have the choice.

Nice resort but one that charges one of the highest resort fees imaginable. All amenities are not available or can be used. But alas whether you pay or get your room COMPed... resort fees are charges AND taxed.
The Wynn was Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I can t wait to return in August to see Lionel Richie. I m equally excited to see the Wynn and Lionel. Thanks Wynn for a great experience. Also, Diana Ross was phenomenal. The Encore theatre was absolutely beautiful.

Wynn is one of the most luxurious locations on the strip. As you walk in the casino, you could see the bling and the series of big brands. The staff is generally friendly. They treat everyone with respect and are very courteous. They also have a new section coming up soon, called Wynn Plaza.
Excellent modern decor in rooms, and a lovely butterfly theme in the casino w lovely gardens, waterfalls outside, a plethora of options inside. Had an excellent experience here.

The only reason I won't do 5 stars is the way the meeting rooms are labeled THEIR NOT! I spent sometime walking up and down the corridors trying to find the wedding salon signs say that direction but no signage above the door, you'd think that such a prestigious hotel like Wynn would have digital billboards outside the rooms so you'd know that this is the place...nope only a small card 24 x 24 so lame, even the lesser hotels have their rooms with names above the door.
We have stayed at over 15+ Luxury 5 star hotel chains around the world, the customer service at this hotel is the worst. We have stayed at the Wynn multiple tones before but no more. Do not recommend this to anyone at all. We have only stayed at suites here, and the moment we booked a room a high-grade regular room (as we were not going to occupy the room often due to 3 days festival), we felt discriminated and treated below standard. Did we not receive the same customer service because we were not in the suite for the first time?
This is our favorite spot! My wife and I have been coming for years. We recently stayed in the tower suites, it was amazing as always. Awesome service, great staff, amazing food, and great pool time. It was a great break from the daily grind of work and having kids. We stayed in the tower suites this time, it was worth spending a bit extra. We had awesome service from the concierge, who made us dinner and le reve reservations. We were able to skip the long lines for breakfast, and get right in with the tower suite access. We plan on coming here many more times, in the years to come! We ate at some of our favorite spots this trip including lakeside (next to sw steakhouse) terrace point cafe, and the gelato shop. All highly recommended.

This is a great Casino/Hotel. They have so much to offer, such as: shopping, eating, entertainment, spa, pool, gambling, etc... They staff is great as well and they all remember you even for the briefest time your there. The rooms are great and the view is wonderful. I highly recommend this as your go to spot in Vegas.
Hotel room was really spacey, clean, and comfortable. Like any other Vegas hotel, they got their own casino at the lobby. Nice.
Not so crowded on the game floor. The buffet is to expansive. The entry to the hotel is in the wrong place always busy.
Beautiful property, rooms, food and service here. Ventilation is so efficient, I can walk past a cigar smoker and scarcely notice except for the visual. High style interiors that are aging well. The place doesn't look dated at all. The Wynn opened April 29th 2005 and looks brand new to my eyes. Notice the tile work in the bathroom. Also, the clearance of the door to the toilet when fully opened. All perfect and calibrated to the millimeter.

Left a make up bag in my room and got send back and everything was stolen. Very disappointed. I am a make up artist and have over 2 thousand dollars in make up. Paid $42 for shipping and my make up bag was empty. 90% of my make up was gone. Shame on the wynn for that. Very disappointed with this event
I have respiratory problems and was placed in a smoking room over night on a smoking floor.
The whole floor and room reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke odors.

I love all of my stays at the Wynn. We had an issue during one of our stays where the concierge made a mistake and sent our car to the wrong locations. When I complained the ride was comped and even a nice treat was sent to the room. The ability to provide excellent service even when mistakes were made is what keeps me coming back!
Read a bunch of reviews saying it was the best breakfast buffett on the strip. Went for a saturday brunch and it was worth every penny. A side note if you're going to drink alcohol the endless poor is far beyond worth it with the standalone prices.

Spectacular building all around but you obviously pay for it. Rooms are grand and the casino is classy. It's not easy to find cheaper tables games but that's normal when it's later at night or on the weekends. Minutes from other cool places on the strip.
The Wynn is beautiful. Worth the money. The stores on the inside are on the high end. I guess that is up to you and your wallet.

very bad experience. lost our reservation. for two days we did not rest but moved things from room to room. we stood at the reception for several hours. they didn't even give us a discount!!!!!! Super bad!!!

When relatives are in town we almost always go to the Wynn Sunday brunch buffet. This is one of the very best values on the strip. At $36 you get the very best of a very wide range of dishes with excellent quality of flavor and presentation. The wait can be long at times but it is well worth it! The staff are excellent and to be congratulated for their success!
Went to see the Le Reve show and it was awesome. Entire hotel is clean and kept up. Very pleasant experience.
One of the best hotels in Vegas. Everything is top notch. The building is extremely well kept, there are amazing restaurants to choose from. The staff and service are incredible.

This property is fantastic! It s easy to find on the strip. The service is 5 stars and the people who work here are just great. The rooms are fancy and automated with all kinds of nice touches like power shades and advanced lights. The hotel has a great pool! The cabanas are amazing and the service is on point. The buffet is the best on the strip with a crazy quality selection. The casino has everything you want and the workout facilities and spa are perfect. This all comes at a price but at least your getting what you pay for.
Only visited, did not stay there. Very impressive styling inside. Place is massive. My only gripe is the cigarrette smell in the casino by Wynn tower. Slots payou t was also not that great but they have to pay off that place somehow.;)

We had brunch at the Wynn Buffet. The service and food was excellent. We come here at least once everytime we come to Vegas.
The Wynn is our got property in Las Vegas. The customer is always number one, from the wonder crew at check in to the house keeping staff. Almost every time you pass a staff member they always say hello. The door / bell staff always helpfull with directions and suggestions when we need them
Gorgeous casino with plenty of amenities. Went to Parasol bar and sat outside. Did not stay in the rooms. Will definitely plan on staying here.
First time staying at the Wynn. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rooms were well maintained and showed the introduction of technology to many aspects of the room. Will definitely be a return guest.
Staff is very stuffy at both places. Table games staff are just going through the motions and very limited interaction other than dealing cards. Both facilities are beautiful and clean.

I was meeting my bf and there was a separate line just for key pick up making it super easy they even put your name on it not just room name (feels special) I was escorted across casino to help me get to room faster and then had great service for lunch by the pool. Rooms are v comfortable with everything you could need. It's just the best.
I've stayed at many of the nicer resorts in Vegas and none of them come close to beating wynn/encore. Rooms are spacious, Andrias offers great food (expensive but its Vegas), pools are huge and always come with a lively crowd. XS is pretty hard to beat too. Table games are good, higher minimums but that means 3-2 Blackjack rather then 6-5. They also have craps/ blackjack out by the pool area. I believe the only other place that has craps outside would be the Flamingo and even then its a half table. We favor the Wynn pool over Encore. If you're on the fence I definitely recommend going for it.
I can t believe you can still smoke in hotel rooms. I m paying top dollar here at the Wynn and there are no non smoking rooms available. I also don t understand the lack of communication of they knew threats all that was left.
We love this hotel!! Definitely one of our favorites, and we would come back anytime. The hotel is new and luxurious, and so are the rooms. The rooms are also clean, spacious and spoiling. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful views. Only thing I can say badly is that the hotel is not really family/kid-froendly, but oh well. The pool is beautiful and the facilities as well. When we arrived to check-in, there was a 30minute way which sucked. Otherwise everything else was super. Can't wait to go back for some pampering.
Great hotel, amazing lobby, fantastic buffet. This is a top notch resort. We will definitely be coming back. If you are in the area try the buffet. Normally I am not a Vegas buffet fan but this is on a totally different level. The food is all great quality, there are a ton of options, and the layout is gorgeous.
Update: We came back and everything I said before is still true. I want to add that the rooms have incredible views, the staff is very friendly, the beds (including pillows and linens) are very comfortable. There are automatic blinds and lights along with a bunch of other cool tech in your room.
Wynn is by far one of the best places to stay in Vegas. You won't be disappointed if you stay here

The Bed is the most amazing bed I've ever slept in. I found out that the best is a custom and can be purchased at the Wynn store and my wife and ended up purchasing one. It's just that good.
Such a high class, elegant environment to stay and gamble. Great pools, outstanding rooms. And always something going on. From Drake concerts to the Chain Smokers. My favorite time is New Years.

The buffet was fantastic. It's among the most expensive on the strip, but they do their best to make it worth the cost. We were here for dinner and Le Reve. I've seen 10 different Cirque shows and this one is easily the best one. All the facilities are new and clean. Service is impeccable. You'll have to pay for what you get, but if it's within your means, you won't be disappointed.
