Wynn Las Vegas Casino & Resort Review

The service and quality of the Wynn were fabulous. Would definitely recommend staying there. Beautiful property!

Beautiful property, very helpful employee's, great concert venue (The Encore).

The Wynn took 4 hours to get us into our room. They lied to us about the delay and didn't make an effort to resolve their deficiencies. The service was terrible. They also charged us for an extra day that we weren't even there. If you've stayed there, check your bill because it seemed intentional and underhanded.

It's located in the heart of Vegas. The room was cool (updated technology) and spacious. We only stayed one night so no service was needed. They have security at the elevators to your rooms so have your room key ready. The hotel has a festive garden area for photo ops as well. Didn't gamble so I can't say much about it.

Nice Buffet. Lots of choices for Vegetarians. Not one to miss if you are visiting Vegas

Beautiful casino hotel! I stayed for a conference and it was nice to have so many amenities so close. They could use some more quick bites places as an alternative to room service for the travel weary. The signage for elevators, etc. could also be a bit better.. but the room is gorgeous and comfortable and service was top notch.

Wow, have been coming to Vegas for years and years and never stopped in the Wynn. What a beautiful place with workers bending over backwards to help you with anything needed. The flowers in the entrance are amazing, and can hardly believe they are real. Will be coming back here to visit on our next trip in June.

Beautifully decorated. Great buffet, shopping stores and casino, their personal is very attentive. Definitely a must stop while in Vegas.

Absolutely beautiful place. Things are a bit pricey, but worth it for the wonderful experience. Highly recommend going.

This hotel was stunning. We saw the Le Rev show which was fantastic. The lobby of this hotel is beautiful with a lovely carousel and garden. The casino didn't smell of smoke and the bars all seemed very clean.

Awesome decor.......did not have any luck at slots

Food was good. Prime rib was perfect. Deserts were awesome. Loved the ambiance however we were seated by the food so not so great for us. Our wait staff was horrible. Didn't get our water till after we sat down with our first plate. In fact we had to ask for it. Drinks weren't refreshed till asked. Just a horrible service experience. But food was good. Not the best, but good enough to come back and give them another shot.

Very pretty and well kept up. Bathrooms were always clean. Loved that Allegro is open til 6 am. Had a late dinner there that was very good.

Five star all the way. Service is impeccable, king suites are spacious. Cabana bar is like a cherry on top.

Honestly went here in the summer and it was to warm to walk to the centre of the strip so your relying on public transport or taxis to get around also stayed in Bellagio and everything was in walking distance. Also couldn't sleep because there was a pool party until 4am and it was very loud. Rooms were very big and modern good eating facilities.

Most pathetic customer service. Rude staff. Arrogant. Unorganized. Understaffed. Weak internal communication where you end up having to repeat yourself to infinity. Always check your bill because there is always a surprise there! Definitely worst hotel experience I ve ever had in my life. It was a nightmare. Even 1 star is too much!!

Just finished a 3 day stay at the Wynn Hotel in Vegas.
What a first class experience. Took a little time to visit
other casinos via the monorail on the strip. No
comparison to the Wynn. Wynn and Encore out shined
them all. The flower arrangements throughout the
Hotel are spectacular. The hotel is clean, clean. clean.
The Wynn and Encore are both updated throughout, and

Beautiful hotel and casino, we will be staying here on our next trip. Lots of restaurants and shops. Close to plenty of entertainment, and staff is very friendly.

Awesome. Kathyrn at the Theater where we saw le Reve was phenomenal! We were 30 minutes late due to personal mishap and she got us to our seats & inquired of her supervisor if we could see first 30 minutes of next 9:30p show. She & Wynn came through for us w five star service. Plus le Reve was awesome! Stay there & see show! Thank you Kathryn!!

Literally the nicest thing I've ever seen in my life. I was in awe at how beautiful the whole place was, that I didn't even mind that I couldn't afford a single thing in the building. All I did was walk around,I wasn't even a guest. Absolutely stunning and gorgeous and beautiful.

I won 2 free nights on the Wynn slots app and it was an amazing experience. Great rooms with a view of the strip and an awesome casino.

Great hotel. Bit of a mix up with rooms upon arrival but the stay made up for it. The food was amazing too. The buffet had A LOT of choices!!

This is a beautiful hotel. It's open and very clean. The first thing I noticed was, there's no smoke in the air. I think I am going to try to stay here on my next visit.

The Wynn is amazing. Clean, fresh and very polished feeling. Great array of high end shops to look at things in the window that are vastly out of my buying power. It's a must stop at resort when visiting Vegas.

Gorgeous hotel with incredible restaurants, an inviting lobby, and an awesome show. La Reve is one of the best shows I've seen in Vegas, highly recommend it. For restaurants, Lakeside offers delicious food in a beautiful setting looking out over a large water feature that puts on a show as you eat.

Wynn has a lot of shops and a good casino, making it one of the great stops on the strip.

It has replaced Bellagio as the best hotel-casino-resort in Vegas. The remodeled sports book is awesome (great work, Johnny!).

In spite of Covid-19 service at the Wynn was still Great

They think they are better than the Human race! Very Stuck up! Hateted it! I would NOT recommended it! I will NEVER go back there!

Went to the buffet and its good the waiter is excellent. Here's the problem. After i ate i went on the casino floor to smoke. While smoking and playing a machine a pit boss went to me and ask me to wear my mask. I ask how can i smoke while wearing a mask. That's when he have an attitude and told me it required to wear a mask by the state, and he turned his back on me and while im asking him to tell me how to smoke while wearing a mask.

The Wynn is very nice. We ate the buffet which has vast food choices for everyone. Upscale buffet and they have someone making crepes to order in the dessert section.

Rooms are big and clean. This hotel is at the end of the strip. The Wynn casino is nice. The hotel is also equipped with a gym and a spa area where you can book massages. The stuff we encountered was friendly. Because of the location I would prefer another hotel in the center of the strip though. We spend for 2 nights and 2 beds $566.

This is a beautifully designed and decorated hotel. We only had a few minutes to check out the lobby before heading to dinner. Definitely worth a walk through. High end shopping and dining available.

By far , this is my favorite hotel ! Everything is big, beautiful and spotless. Beds are so comfortable . Employees that I dealt with were all so nice. I feel like a celebrity when I'm here. I highly recommend you stay here.

Splendid! The rooms were beautiful! My husband and I loved the view outside of the window of the room where we were in. The room service can still be improved tho. The staff were nice. The food was okay as well. I hope to back again. :)

I did not stay here but the lobby and stores were decorated beautifully. The casino was one of the cleanest ones I was in. It was also less smoky and smelly. The casino and stores were quiet and relaxing. Great place to hang out and to gamble.

We were exploring the Wynn and passed through. The holiday decorations were so beautiful and memorable. It was one of the most impressive casinos on the strip.

8 noodle is a must while at Red Rock!!! Amazing food and the gambling didn't disappoint.

Wynn Hotel has my heart, every time I visit there is something new going on. Rooms are way better than many hotels on the strip. There are so many things to do at Wynn other than Casinos, dining in front of the water fountain is the best thing.
The connection from Wynn to Venetian is super beautiful, Wynn and Encore are both of similar designs. Shops are amazing at Wynn, food is super good.

Their buffet is pretty good. Large buffet spreads frequently compromise on quality. But not Wynn. I would recommend starting out with breakfast, and staying for lunch. This was the highlight of my day. If you dress nice, you can get lots of cute pictures with their fantastic floral arrangements. It's good for the 'gram. If you're a vegetarian, you'll still have plenty ty of good options here, especially for breakfast. The rest of the hotel is pretty gorgeous too, so explore a little while you're here.

Ate at The Buffet for brunch. It was spectacular. There were an incredible amount of choices for vegetarians as well. The decor was very posh. The food was excellent. Despite the high price, I would recommend going for the buffet even if you are staying elsewhere.

I did not stay at the hotel. I did spend a few hours at the piano bar. It was awesome to watch and listen to these 2 young men battle each other with songs requested by the customers. The waitresses are very nice and have plenty of knowledge on the Drinks menu. I have absolutely nothing bad to report from this place. Even the rest rooms next to the bar were constantly being cleaned and attended to.

Service was great. Standard room was nice and spacious with large bathroom including separate tub and shower. Conference hall was large and the catered breakfast and lunch were not bad with good snacks in between meals. The buffet was not as good as I expected for $57 weekend price. Get in line before 6 and don't wait at all.

We stay here everytime we go to vegas. Place is always perfect, classy and well maintained. Poker tourneys pay the best here too

Pretty pricey $$$ dinner, but would probably do it again if given the opportunity. Our friends visited the buffet twice in the same weekend... once for the brunch and then for dinner. Nothing but good reviews!!

It's a pretty hotel and casino but it's nothing special. I would check out the Bellagio or Venetian instead.

I love the Wynn! My host Janelle and Chris at the tables are awesome! They always take care of me and make my time their enjoyable. Allegra has great food and the room/room service is top notch! Not to mention, the golf course is open again.

Beautiful casinos. Mr. Wynn runs a class organization where every detail is carefully attended-to from the restaurants to the shops to the incredible Peter Luke paintings that just went up in Charlie's Bar. No detail is left unturned. This is the top shelf casino in all of Vegas. Mr. Wynn's legacy ... a living testament to his vision.

This is total class in Vegas! In every way, customer service, food, beauty, cleanliness everything is down to the details. My husband #MarkCone s Mom will only stay here because of the bathrobes :) We are Red Card members, keeping us only here to play the slots.

Lots of smoke smell. Even on non-smoking floors. I felt sick the whole time I was there. The t.v. in the bathroom is archaic. Doesn't have basic cable channels or streaming options on the t.v. in the room. Windows were so dirty on the outside that it was impossible to take a good picture of the view. Food at the indoor restaurants was terrible. Overseasoned and not fresh tasting. Don't stay here unless you love smoke.

I have stayed at the Wynn before but this time I wanted to stay at the Tower suites to avoid the casino craziness. Tower suites is amazing the private pool area with umbrellas is so great. The service out there was beyond what you could ask for! All the staff made sure to help you set up for the day, they brought out fresh fruit, cold water and were attentive. The food was exceptional. The free coffee in the morning at tableau was awesome and the breakfast with the amazing spot on service was very good. So many choices! Get the pastry basket because wow it s so delicious! I got upgraded to the executive suite and it was so crazy nice! Just overall amazing experience the Wynn gives you that personalized touch at the Tower suites... it s 100% worth the extra money. Can t wait to return in November!!

Great decor. Love their use of colour. Also such a delicious buffet at Wynn... we had to queue for a while but it was worth it! Reasonable price too.

Exquisite!! Stayed there twice in the past 6 years possibly the best hotel in the strip, it is situated at the north end of the strip. Brunch is expensive though is all you can eat and you can pretty much have whatever you want.. Try and get a room rate which includes brunch

Stayed for four nights and my room was so luxurious it makes me want to redecorate my own master suite at home. Wonderful bed and the bathroom is so roomy. Would definitely stay here again!

I love this casino. Great rooms, very clean. Wonderful restaurants. The interior decor is full of fresh flowers and the air smells good - clean, not perfumey - as a result. The air is well scrubbed and there is no lingering cigarette smell, which makes the whole environment feels so much cleaner.

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Deluxe king room was so big and roomy. View was amazing from the 57th floor. Only issue I had was the beds are very stiff. But enjoyed my stay. Will definitely come back to the Wynn!

My wedding reception at Allegro restaurant was terrible. 30 wedding guests waited almost 45 minutes to be seated even we reserved the tables in advance and food didn't get served about an hour after we were seated. We were promised the best service for wedding reception however nothing was promised and it was only word. Our experience at Allegro restaurant were very unpleasant. I do not recommend wedding reception at Allegro.
