Ac broken ice machine broke hot tub and pool area awful . Not recommended will not stay again

Called to check for early check in. Was told they would have it. We showed up and were left outside waiting for 4 hours. Our vehicle was to packed to dig out clothes to change. We had 3 kids and a puppy. They made no move to accommodate us. And forget getting towels or a vacuum to clean the sand up in your room. Never would I recommend this place. Worst customer service I have EVER received.

Would like microwave in rooms and costs to be lower to have a small pet but besides that it was wonderful. Love that the beach was private and not crowded. Also that they have a indoor and outdoor pool.

Rooms are dated. Parents had no hot water, phone did not work, no top sheet on bed. They were moved to another room.

Quiet room that overlooked the outdoor pool. Room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Upgraded and improved Hotel. Wonderful room. Cooled perfectly in mid-july with temperatures outside in mid-90s.

The appeal of this hotel is its oceanfront views. Otherwise it isn't a particularly nice place to stay. I was especially put off by the condition and dirtiness of the bathroom as seen in the photos that I uploaded. The restaurant has beautiful views but the menu lacks healthier options.

Just be clear that by staying here you're paying for a view and not luxury accommodations.

Not the cleanest, but not horrible. Room was nice size and bed was comfortable. The staff was polite. The door to the balcony was rusty, loud, and didn't slide well and the lock was hard to engage.

This hotel is right on the beach and has great views of the ocean. The conference center is very nice, and the staff support was great at ensuring the meals met expectations, and that we had everything that we needed. The rooms themselves could use some updates, the ceiling appeared to have water damage and the bathroom could use better lighting. Not really a lot in walking distance so I would definitely recommend having a car.

Room was not clean, it was dirty we stayed from 6/26 to 6/30 and was no clean sheets shower was dirty and to be honest I wouldn't stay here again

Great oceanview room with plenty of space and a balcony. Bathroom is a little small.

Housekeeping service was horrible. The waste basket was not emptied over a 4 day stay. The last day, housekeeping entered the room before check out and threw out all my food in the fridge. The manager said sorry, but said the picture of throwing out food was correct. I asked if that applied prior to check out and he replied that housekeeping doesn't know if the occupant has checked out. Totally unacceptable.

Rooms are falling apart. Showers were broke, sinks clogged, balcony doors stuck..the worst part was they are putting people in rooms with black mold which is a serious health problem

Let's start from the beginning- check in was supposed to be at 4 we finally got our room at 615pm, after arriving at 5. The only good thing was the food and staff in the restaurant. Walls had peeling wallpaper, no towels in pool area, our room is falling apart between a curtain over the balcony door that has a huge rip on it, lights in the bathroom werent even working properly. Front desk staff could use some serious customer service training. I had to walk to the desk at 10pm at night bc no one answered the phone...just to find out the wifi password because we werent given it on arrival. Honestly, if you are looking for a hotel-go some place else. Seriously in need of some updating and maintenance!! I probably won't stay here again!

Three stars is too generous for this hotel. It looks nothing like the pictures. The room was dirty. The hallway was smelly like smoke. The bed was unchanged. Thenest part was being on the beach. The patio was so narrow we could barely sit down. The employees are really nice though. They brought me fresh sheets in the middle of the night. The beach is amazing!

Great value. Great ocean views. Off the busy strip.

Just checked in today and we are not satisfied! The rooms are not clean and the hotel itself is very dirty looking and gross. Not a good first impression.

Pros First:
1. Nice location, especially if you can get a room facing the beach.
2. Clean. Well taken care of.
3. Pet friendly. I met a lot of friendly pups while staying there.
4. Staff very courteous.
5. Handled a check out problem with professionalism.
6. Computers in the business room work well. This is a biggie with me.
7. Good water pressure in the shower, and the water was HOT!!

Cons:
1. Our room had a teeny-tiny little wastebasket in it and that was the only one there. for Pete's sake, put in a waste basket.
2. No clock radio in room. Odd.
3. TV is a mess. I realize that this comes from the TV provider, but changing channels on this set is annoying. It was also one of the smaller TV's I've ever seen in a motel/hotel.
4. No free breakfast. REALLY?????
5 Charging pet fee by the night. This is why you folks aren't getting 4 stars from me. That is simply GOUGING the customer, and it STINKS!!! I realize that you have to do special cleaning after a pet stay, but at our request, your staff didn't even enter the room because we used the same bedsheets.
6. Outrageous pricing for breakfast. Again, you are GOUGING your customers, and people need to be aware of this before they stay with you. $72 for a $&^#@&$% breakfast is off the charts for greed!!! Another reason you get only three stars. STOP IT!!!!
7. Refrigerator wasn't very cold.
8. Dinky little coffee maker in the room was a bad joke. You guys really went cheap with that one!

For as nice as the building is, they could've turned the A/C on. It was crazy hot in there.

2% view of the ocean most was house. The pool was extremely dirty. also it had no showers or towels which I HATED. it was pretty clean. I would also prefer free breakfast! dont recommend

So far so good!!! We had an issue with a security issue with our credit card due to traveling abroad. Long story short, after a 12hr drive, the manager Nikki Parsons took care of us until the bank opened the next day and we could unblock our card. Our room was larger than I expected and very clean. Very happy so far.
