worked here for 2 years,was a decent place to work until they cut the overtime

It is a great place to work. The people are friendly. It has great benefits. The owner is kind and generous to the employees.

As a small business owner who has worked with many domestic and international suppliers this was the worst experience I have ever had. I had expected much better service and quality from an established company. Wynalda provided recommendations and directly managed the shipping of my overseas order. I was left with an almost $7,000 shipping bill on a $3k order. After several days of trying to gain any kind of relief, I was told that even though they recommend the shipping method and managed the shipping, because it was billed to my account they weren't interested in taking any kind of responsibility for this.

On top of the shipping screwup, the orders that did start to arrive were poorly packaged from their factory, There were holes along entire sides of the shipper boxes and in some cases parts of my order were sticking out of the box.

The worst part is that I am now finding several of the units that I ordered with very noticeable defects. There does not appear to be any meaningful quality control over any part of their process.

Small businesses beware, they will screw up, take no responsibility, and provide poor quality.

Excellent company with a ton of integrity, a great culture and many growth opportunities.

Loaded fairly quick

Always a pleasant experience picking up loads here. The staff are very helpful, loads are ready, and you are allowed to secure loads at the dock.

What a great place to work. The people were super friendly and made being "the new person" the best experience possible. We can all agree that your first few months at a new job are always nerve wracking. When you re trying to learn the ins and outs of the business as well as finding your place with your co-workers. Wynalda made it easy and painless, I felt like I fit right in from the start. Great training process and someone is always available to answer your questions.

I see great things for the future of this growing business!!!!

First time delivery here staff was friendly took about 30 minutes to unload me nice place

These guys are friendly that includes a smile. I didn't have to wait long for my load but i was early, once they started loading they were quick to finish. Plenty of room for backing and maneuvering. Right off 131 so getting in and out isnt an issue. Be sure to follow the signs out of wynalda for 131 or you'll only be able to turn right, away from 131. Follow the signs and yer right back to 131 north or south.
