As a small business owner who has worked with many domestic and international suppliers this was the worst experience I have ever had. I had expected much better service and quality from an established company. Wynalda provided recommendations and directly managed the shipping of my overseas order. I was left with an almost $7,000 shipping bill on a $3k order. After several days of trying to gain any kind of relief, I was told that even though they recommend the shipping method and managed the shipping, because it was billed to my account they weren't interested in taking any kind of responsibility for this.
On top of the shipping screwup, the orders that did start to arrive were poorly packaged from their factory, There were holes along entire sides of the shipper boxes and in some cases parts of my order were sticking out of the box.
The worst part is that I am now finding several of the units that I ordered with very noticeable defects. There does not appear to be any meaningful quality control over any part of their process.
Small businesses beware, they will screw up, take no responsibility, and provide poor quality.
