Terrible website and customer service . Every time I try to login I can't login even after supposedly reset password . If possible would give them zero stars
I've been banking with WYHY for the past 7 years and I hate to say their customer service has gone down the hill over this last year.The only thing I can honestly say is that Matt is an awesome branch manager .
They don t want your business or your money. They have Member Service Advisors that don t give service or advice. A loan under 10k with good credit/payment history can t be completed in a weeks time. Went to another fcu and had it done start to finish in a little over an hour with WAY better terms/rates/payments. Keep looking, you can do better!
I love this bank! I even moved out of state that doesn't even have a Wyhy. I always get great help and advice when I call in and ask questions! Love all the ladies in the back part they help me out tremendously!! Thank you guys for always being fantastic and working with my husband and I though the phone, email, or mail to help me.
Zero Stars !!! since new remodel the otherwise helpful and available cashiers are gone. I see now for lobby transactions 2 (TWO!) cashiers at any time, never any more & drive ups are ATMs basically! were I not moving out of state this summer I'd move back to First Interstate in a heartbeat.....Avoid this excellent bank if you need any LOBBY TRANSACTIONS. total joke. I was in line with nobody in front of me and had a 10 minute wait due to 1 guy doing car sale deal at walk up cashier and the other cashier was doing ATM card replacement. ?!?!? would'nt those both require a banker and assistance in private office!?!!! seriously, great bank and horrible branch due to unbelievable Inconveniences.
highly advise this bank for anyone with unlimited free time to wait and wait, want more and wait more !!!

Ever since the remodel the customer service and service in general has just gone downhill. Very short-staffed and making multiple people do multiple jobs and it is increasing the time it takes to take care of customers.
each time you talk to somebody on the phone and they promise call back those promises are never kept. anytime you need something you have to call them and bug them over and over and over to get anything done.
I've applied for a loan two weeks ago and still have yet to hear an answer about it. who's the loan manager said they would make a decision and let me know by the end of today (8/1/19) And nobody has called me back and they are closed for the day.
This is highly unacceptable and poor member service. after I find out about the loan and whether or not I got it I am going to be switching banks because this is absolutely ridiculous.
I really like the people at WYHY and they are very competetive-but their phone service and lack of response in getting back to you, well it stinks
I called to change my address this morning, I have been hung up on 6x. Great customer service!
The way the branches are handling the current "crisis" is extremely poor. Live Teller is never working then you can't go inside without an appointment. When you call to make an appointment, no one answers or you just get an automation. I'm soarly disappointed with how things have been handled the last couple months.
The new exterior teller machines were okay at first but they are all broken or not working. I feel like the remodel was nice but the way they run this place is very interesting. I enjoy the tellers though, they are all fantastic!
Every time my sister got online or got a new password she still got locked out.

I have been with this credit union since I was around 5 years old when my folks opened up my first savings acct. Since the remodel this credit union has gone down hill especially when it comes to customer service. They replace the tellers with an ATM type machine. The people you are dealing with on this machine are in Cheyenne. Not even here locally. The tellers inside are the loan officers trying to do their jobs plus teller jobs. Makes it less time efficient for its customers. You can never get a hold of a branch employee on the phone, only an extended branch employee that can never help you because they do not have access to accounts. As soon as my loans are paid off through this credit union I will be transferring my business elsewhere.
Went to close my account due to previous issues and seemed like Cindy just didn t like the idea of closing it and she was very snobby. Most employees like Brooke and Kendal have always been so kind. I really didn t appreciate her telling me I needed to put $40 on a check so it made even hundreds(lazy) until I asked the other lady if I can do just $5. Just because I m a younger lady doesn t give you the right to be disrespectful or snobby. I know for sure she wouldn t act like that to someone the age of my mother or I d at least hope not. First time dealing with Cindy over the 2 years I ve banked there and very happy I will not be again and take my service somewhere else.
I have never had a worse customer service experience from a bank in my life. Don't do business here they will cost you money, time and patience. They are unethical.
New machines are a waste of money. 3 of 4 checks are not accepted. Only other option is going inside. Line for service inside is RIDICULOUS! (At least 20 minutes each visit)!
Only made tough times, more difficult. My original intention was to make a simple withdrawal, which was to be used to pay rent. After an hour and half of trying to get a hold of a live human being, instead of an automated answering machine or a call center in BFE (which is not employed by WyHy directly, and will ask for your account information) I decided I am more capable of managing my money, than this institution.
Terrible service!!!!!! You can not even call and speak to a person on opening a new account!!!!! Everything is autimated and I was not able to talk to a person at all. I guess I will not be opening an account there!!!
Impossible to get ahold of them through phone.. At times they are rude and a bit snotty. Lots of banks to chose from and this one is getting lower on the list
We re giving Wy Hy a 5 star review plus! It s the ONLY institution that recognizes Dave Ramsey s financial program and allows members to tailor their accounts accordingly. (Believe me. We ve checked around) Not only do they allow us to customize our accounts to our needs but they often greet us with a smile and sometimes even call us by name. To say we love our Wy Hy FCU is an understatement. We REALLY DO love our Wy Hy. We love the service we receive. We especially appreciate our loan officer (yes we have a favorite) , Brittney Wagner, which makes every effort to provide us with the best service possible. What can we say but thank you Wy Hy FCU !

Great bank, however the phone system is a joke! Takes a entire afternoon to reach anyone.
Brittney has been assisting me with all my financial needs for a little over a year. She responds to my calls or emails in a very timely fashion. When I have a problem she is quick to resolve it. I couldn't be happier with the service she provides! WYHY in general has been a great credit union to be a member of.
Am trying to transfer my loan from Wells Fargo I don't have a TRUST so I don't know if I can get a loan from your bank ?
Customer service really went downhill here unfortunately. After multiple quite rude encounters with the tellers we decided to go to Hilltop. What a difference! We were kinda nervous to make the change yet so glad we did. Only wish we would've done it a couple years ago when the service started to slide. They're not a bad bank, Matt is a great Manager, Rita is a sweetheart, just need a caring and friendlier teller line!
We recently moved from Wyoming, but were with Wyhy for several years with various types of accounts and loans. They provided excellent customer service and had the best rates we could find. I highly recommend wyhy to anyone!
