The woman that was helping us was wonderful. Quite often people working in this kind of organizations just try to get rid of you when you come with a slightly unusual problem, but this woman went out of her way to help us. And not with this arrogant "I am doing you a huge favor" face, but actually showing compassion for my situation. I didn't ask her name, unfortunately, but I want to thank her so mush.

Mr. Alexander Maurer is a racist! Please work elsewhere! You chose the wrong job!
