Would get 5 but the area for children should consist of slides that don't require height of 46" to ride. Having 5 and 8 yr old children who cant go down slide in kids area makes very unhappy kids

So much fun for the whole family!! Plenty for everyone to do and very convenient to be able to bring coolers and picnic lunch!! Food and drink prices are a little much, but since you can bring your own it doesn't have to ruin the fun!!!

Fun day! Spent the "last day of summer" and it was nice. Pretty much everything open. We only noticed 1water attraction (some kind of water obstacle course) not open. All slides were rocking, guards doing a their jobs. I'd have to assume this is tough with college kids (often seasonal employees) are back at school. They definitely kept everyone's safety in mind (shut down for ~gour while it stormed) but got to ng again quickly. They had to shut down a second time with an approaching storm, but I was confident that it wasn't too early (we weren't sitting there under sunny skies) or too late (plenty of time to gather belongings and make it out. Lost a star for lacking clear maps/directions at the water park (can't carry a map with me) and waiting to get concessions (we were the only ones in line....they were in the back sitting down and not paying attention). Overall a fun day.

I guess it would be 5 if they actually had enough lockers. Or if you get there first thing. As it was, I sat there the whole time watching bags. Even little boxes, just for your car keys, you could leave your bags in the car. So sad. Waste of money for me. Never even got wet

Wonderful experience at this water park! We rented a cabana for the day and it was worth it for our group of 8. Plenty of activities for kids to do. Food was pretty standard for a water park, don't expect anything gourmet.

Went there thinking my kids will be able to see 500 species at least.I feel like all I paid to much to see dippin dots food stands and gift shops! Animals were clearly hot seemed like they were neglected!!! The reindeer hardly moved and the penguins also. The camels carried people on a little path for a whole hour before trading out. Hardly any zebras, most exhibits were blocked off and the reptile exhibit had a line from the door all the way threw, gave up our spot in line because of social distancing from others. Staff needs to be more aware of how bad covid-19 is! ENFORCE SOCIAL DISTANCE!!!

Loved the park. My granddaughters really had a good time. We bought the VIP passes, that included all you can eat from the food kiosks, 2 free alcohol drinks, entrance to both the bay and zoo unlimited front of the line rides for the bay. Unfortunately the unlimited ride passes doesn't include the zoo rides. The ordering online advertising was misleading, which caused confusion once we arrived. The staff was unable to verify the amenities for the VIP passes. This needs to change.

The rides are fun, but no ride is worth the wait. ...

The rides are fun, but no ride is worth the wait. We went on a Monday which is less busy than weekends, but the lines were still long (really more slow than ling, but I'll get into that). It takes forever for the line to move because there is such a big gap in time between rides. I'm sure this is a liability thing and they want to clear the landing area, but there has to be a more efficient system. Unfortunately, I don't think they care. Their main concern, naturally, is profit. All the mechanical rides (kiddie rides you would find at a county fair) are a separate cost, and barely anyone was riding them. If they got rid of those and built a few more water rides the lines would thin out.

Looking on the bright side, the lines for the body slides thinned out in the last hour, and I was happy to ride those as they are the most intense rides in the park. Apparently people avoid them due to a combination of their sheer intensity and also the feeling that you are sliding down a cheese grater (I'll bring a shirt next time).

This is about customer service we received at ticket window. My little boy received Zoombezi bay free admission coupon from Dublin Library for summer reading and he was very excited about it. We planned visit and bought ticket online for other family members. When we reached to gate, they said we have to stand in line to redeem the voucher of our little guy. so we stand in line for 45 mins and guy at ticket window said you have to buy ticket for redeem it. we said, we already bought a 3 tickets online however he said he can't do anything about it so we ended up buying ticket for my boy. He was very discouraged about all this situation. I'm Columbus zoo member as well as supporting them for many years. We felt that they need better customer service and smooth system to handle this kind of situation.

So much fun!!! Took the kids on the 4th of July and went down every slide multiple times with minimal wait time! Even has an area for younger kids to enjoy. For adults there is a bar, not much of a selection on drinks but the ones they did have were strong and tasty. Beer selection was smaller too, but not a big deal. They have at least one thing for most tastes. The food wasnt too bad, they have a large selection of eats, including Donatos pizza. This is a great place to go to beat the heat and they had plenty of staff there to assist your needs. Way to go guys! You rock!

The only reason I gave a 2 star is because the life guards did not watch over the kid area very well at all there was teenagers pushing the little kids down and hurting them and they did nothing about it

The Baboon Lagoon kids' area is so much colder than everything else. Makes it hard with a small one who can't ride the big slides, and won't go in the kid area because it's so cold. Wave pool, roaring river and tiny tides were nice for kids

If you and your kids love water rides or simply spending time by the pool.. this is the best place to be. I would recommend getting yearly membership. Even without my son me and my wife love spending time at the bar
