We had absolutely ZERO training, our company profile was setup incorrectly so my team can t request days off, and now it s not even letting them enter hours on their timesheet. And just to add salt to the wound, I put in a support ticket to get all this and much more settled, that was 10/5/21, so it s been three weeks and nothing is taken care of. So now two more of our payroll cycles are all jacked up. Don t sign the contract unless you re interested in making a minimum $5,000 donation, because you re not going to get a service.

If I could leave a 0 star review I certainly would. We are a cannabis company in Massachusetts that has been working with this company for 6 months since we opened. Since the beginning we were passed around like an appetizer tray @ a dinner party. They always place blame on someone else and have ZERO accountability. We have probably had 100 issues with this company. The only thing I can count on them for is need me to do more WURK. Every single payroll they mispay and employee or overpay someone and get benefit administration wrong. They blame it on the data entry person even though I am working off a generated report in their system. They caused my business to be out of compliance with paying taxes on MULTIPLE occassions as the "person in charge of it was no longer at their company". I have has them refund me half a dozen + times for fees charged and due to being a cannabis company there is no where else to turn. I have received a new "customer success relationship manager" and she has only made things worse with constant issues and ZERO Communication. She loves to write confusing e-mails and harp on blaming others and they take ZERO accountability for anything. Overall this company is the worst company I have ever wasted money on. Their fees also fluctuate week to week despite having contract pricing @ $450 per pay period yet we are debited $480 - $510 per pay period and we constantly have to get them to adjust in the form of future credits. I have legitimately lost track of how much money I am owed. Do not WURK with these guys they are nothing but trouble. Stay away stay far away

I understand security is important but why do I need to reset my password so often. Why does it take hours for a password reset to be sent to my email. Why when I call can I not get a hold of anyone!?! Support your customers and maybe make it slightly easier to use your platform. While I am here, you desperately need to redesign your landing page when I login. Not at all user friendly.
