I never purchased Flood insurance but somehow I had 591 dollars taken out of my account from your company. I want a full refund NOW!! This is fraud I want a call back A.S.A.P!!
We sold the property covered by Wright Flood, a check was issued to us for the remailing portion that we paid, we deposited the check, Wright canceled the check, saying it was not the correct amount & the bank charged us a $12. cancelation fee, Wright then sent us another check..... I have been on the phone with Wright Ins numerous times to get them to pay the $12. fee & continue to be told it hasn't been been approved.... What do I have to do to get you to send me the $12. I was charged because of your error???
In my experience, this company does not treat the insured fairly, equitably, or with any semblance of compassion or decency. In my educated opinion destroyed my policy after me paying since the early 2000 s so they could help their bottom line and make sure my grandfathered policy ended. I m totally disgusted with this company and would pay more to do business with another company

In my opinion this company cannot be trusted for flood policies. They unilaterally changed our flood zone to X from AE so they could cancel our policy even though we had been paying the policy since 2006. I implore you not to trust Wright s with your family s protection from floods.
I have filed a compliant with BBB on this company, I am very disappointed with Customer Service, I am trying to cancel my policy but Wright will not cancel nor refund perminums paid, this is NOT the kind of company to do business with.
Horrendous company. I got a new flood policy in Dec Wright Flood still billed my mortgage company after knowing I had a new flood insurance. Have not sent back the 4,000.00 they were paid. Basically telling me " oh well"
I had a great experience with Wright Flood. I received all checks (advances, payments) fast and with amounts discussed, or higher, than signed for with my adjuster (who was also awesome). Initially, I received poor information from an individual with Wright Flood regarding a delayed check, however, it was resolved within forty-eight hours. I am very satisfied and impressed with this company and have recommended them to my neighbors.
By far the best NFIP carrier out there. There are lots of flood administrators out there working on behalf of the NFIP and FEMA, Wright is the only one that is easy to work with and responsive. As an agent, I don't have to wait too long for answers. I get accurate quotes and help from personable underwriters, that will in turn help the clients.
Rudest customer service. Every rep I've spoken to is so unbelievably rude and they sound like they absolutely hate their job. Not helpful, at all.
