I love WorxGroup. I contract embroidery to them several times a year. I m always treated well and they always execute the vision. I recommend them for anyone looking quality embroidery.

Tried to get some jersees made here for my niece's softball team but these people don't deserve my business. I walked in and the guy just stood their shooting the breeze with some friend, occasionally looking over at me but not worried about what I needed. So after 10 min I left.

I can t express how awesome these folks are to work with! First they had to order our paint because it was a color they hadn t carried before. Then I kept having stragglers add on to the order. The staff members were super accommodating for everything we needed! From the day I dropped off my artwork, it was 3 weeks until I had the shirts. A week of that was getting the numbers together on my end. I am so impressed by their speed. Our shirts look AMAZING and our order was perfect even with all the additions to the order we made! I will absolutely use Worx Group again!

This company does quality work at a very affordable price. The Worxgroup did a FANTASTIC job for my order! They were fast, easy to work with, excellent quality and helped me get it done right!

They said the could color match our original athletic shirts but when we picked them up they dd not match. Then they told us they could not do that specific color. So why not tell us that to begin with? Very unproffesional people to deal with.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from here. I placed an order that was not cheap by the way and even paid for it up front. Spent an hour with the embroidery department selecting my thread colors. Well a month into it still no hats and after calling for the 3rd time the embroidery lady yelled, cussed, called me a liar, and hung up on me. But when i spoke to the manager to see when they vould have my hats done i was still told that they had other orders they had to fulfill even though I was supposed to have mine completed weeks ago. I refuse to do business with people that are going to be that unprofessional and treat me so badly. It doesn't matter if a customer calls upset bc they've been waiting for you to do an order you still treat them with respect. Period

These guys did shirts for my bachelor gifts. They added distressed numbers and names on the back of a few sports shirts I took up there. They matched the color perfectly. The customer service was great. The price was right and they did it in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased!
