Horrible property management company!
The staff at Chastain Heights are very racist and my situation will probably end up in court.
Plenty of other residents share the same sentiment and experience.
They are also a bunch of pathological liars, who cannot be trusted. They will say one thing and do another, then deny their actions. Thank goodness for paper-trails!
Corporate (Worthing Companies) is not much better either, and tend to be unresponsive.
Not to mention constant car break-ins, weed smelling hallways and noisy pool parties reminiscent of a frat house.
Stay away from The Worthing Companies own properties!!!!
The parent company managed the Nashville Property (Velocity), which they have changed property management companies now.

I've had social security numbers sent to the wrong people.
If, you see the rents are US$100-200 less than the surrounding buildings, that means they are ready to sell the property management contract to another company, and the company will show lack of maintenance as a result.
And I've had nothing but trouble from Worthing SE. If you see this property management's name on a place to live.... RUN! RUN!
