Such a huge hassle if you visit it by car. When I arrived, the first parking area was full, so I was instructed to park on level 2, which is only accessible by members. I was not told that and when I arrived at the boom I just couldn't go through. I had to go back to release the flow of cars, to then be told by another driver that I should use the intercom to ask to grant me access. Signs are pretty small and traffic indication is confusing. If you have a station wagon or a hatch, you're likely to get scratches on your trunk door because the piping on the ceiling is low and damages your car if you don't hold it while trying to take things from the trunk. Of course there's not a single sign warning you about it. Signs to elevators take you to nowhere and you are obliged to use escalators with baby strollers anyway. Staff is undertrained and uncapable of giving you precise answers about anything. They seem to have started working there the same day you arrive. I would be worried to have my office in this place and have to count on this structure to welcome my clients. It really lacks empathy from a user perspective.
There are no stairs in the facility that you can use. Elevators works horrible. Air quality is not that good. Expensive lunch.
Business area, close to major train station Amsterdam Zuid, close to citizenM hotel where we stayed. Well connected. Coffee shops and restaurants close by.
The staff was not welcoming and turned me and my girlfriend down due to lack of an appointment. The way it was done was rude and unprofessional considering this is an institution which should be managing money. On top of that, they didn't even let us make an appointment, they gave us a phone number to call and told us to leave the premises because they were "busy". After calling the number, it took 20 minutes to get an email which appears is the correct way to set up an appointment! The call center told me that's the way to do it because the people in the department of registrations for meetings are busy.
I think I'll just walk down the street to a different bank and save myself the hassle this bank creates to even set up a meeting...
WTC Amsterdam is the assembly building of many (international) companies on the busy and still expanding Zuidas ...
The area around the WTC is quite nice to have a quick bite or a drink. Nothing really special clean and convenient. In the summer the square in front is covered with a nice shadow of the trees so it is pleasant place to stop and have an ice cream
Totally ugly place, makes me want to cry. Shot a few good photos of the buildings, but that's because of the blue skies and the clouds and because I have a good eye to get the most out of crappy scenes.
The WTC is located in the new Amsterdam center and has quite a few building surrounding it. Nice place to have a fast bite to eat
the restaurant here may have more atmosphere. Or maybe even a terrace?
Commercial area, business, many offices. Work environment in bars and restaurants. After work drinks.
OK OK, They should have a AH, Action etc super markets in the premises
Commercial Center, been there a couple of times, sometimes it is hard to find the right place to be, but personnel is generally helpful. Dress well and you will feel at home here.
Nice place, plenty of bike parking super close to the train / tram / metro
