Jacob took the initial stab at trying to resolve the issue, but it the common solutions weren't working so he escalated the ticket thinking that the registry would have to be modified in order to resolve the issue. Matt took the case the next day but was unable to resolve it during normal business hours. We worked out having the computer accessible after hours which he was then able to resolve this difficult issue. My appreciation goes out to Matt for his commitment to resolving this issue and his flexibility to work with my schedule after hours. Nice Job!

I am very pleased with the efforts of Worksited employees, Keith and David. Keith became involved after our scanner tech had attempted to correct an issue without success. Keith worked on the problem and created a temporary fix for me. He explained the issue and said he would discuss it with a different department to get a permanent fix. That is when David got involved. He was able to put a permanent fix in place. I am grateful for their efforts and professionalism in getting the job done quickly and keeping me updated along the way. Thank you!
