I am very pleased with the efforts of Worksited employees, Keith and David. Keith became involved after our scanner tech had attempted to correct an issue without success. Keith worked on the problem and created a temporary fix for me. He explained the issue and said he would discuss it with a different department to get a permanent fix. That is when David got involved. He was able to put a permanent fix in place. I am grateful for their efforts and professionalism in getting the job done quickly and keeping me updated along the way.
