Excellent service from Word Perfect Translations. Had a last minute emergency need for a translator from English to Italian. Contacted them on the Tuesday and had a person for the whole day on the Thursday at very reasonable rates. The lady that attended conducted herself in a very professional manner and had a pleasing personality. Would highly recommend them again.

After having my document translated by another company and there being many errors and it not meeting the standards set out by the organisation I needed to submit it to I contacted Word Perfect.

I needed my document back for an important appointment the following day and was not feeling hopeful I would get it!

I was quoted on the spot by Jimmy who was very helpful! He had the document assigned and emailed me a draft copy later that evening to confirm everything was correct before I came to collect it! The translation was perfect. He was able to make sure the document had all the information on it set out within the guidelines I provided him.

He even provided me with an additional copy! I couldn't fault his service or his team. He was friendly and very professional. I wouldn't recommend using anyone else.

I can't recommend Word Perfect Translation highly enough. They gave me a quote within 1/2 hr of my request and it was the cheapest quote of all. I used Word Perfect Translation to translate some documents from Italian into English. I sent the documents through email and received them back through email, but they can be sent through postal service too. It is just up to the customer. When I received my translations I noticed I had forgotten to attach another short document that needed translated. I told them so and got it translated in just few hours!
Communication was great, in the sense that I got quick responses to all my emails. I also asked for two quotes because I changed some of the documents that needed translated and got them both really quickly.
