I used Word Perfect Translation to translate some documents from Italian into English. I sent the documents through email and received them back through email, but they can be sent through postal service too. It is just up to the customer. When I received my translations I noticed I had forgotten to attach another short document that needed translated. I told them so and got it translated in just few hours!
Communication was great, in the sense that I got quick responses to all my emails. I also asked for two quotes because I changed some of the documents that needed translated and got them both really quickly.
I personally had a really good service, so I can just recommend this company!
