I wanted a simple email for my German supplier with instructions for our custom made rivets. Somehow, 'Please construct the 12mm, dome-head' became 'Bitte bauen die 12mm, Dummkopf'. Imagine my shock when a very angry Herr Jass came on the phone. No matter how I tried, Hugh in Berlin won't take my calls now. Thanks a bunch, Google Translate.

Word Perfect Translation Services has been recommended to me by friend of mine, who already has been dealing with company.
I requested certified translation from Word Perfect Translation Services (Dublin) for 4 documents from Russian to English.
All of the document (scans) has been sent to Word Perfect Translation Services through e-mail, payment made over the phone, and certified translations have been delivered through the post service.
I did not need to come to the office, everything has been done from home.
It is very convenient and it took 4 days from the first contact to the final translation copies in my mail box.
Very convenient, very fast, accurate translation, reasonably priced, and very friendly.
If you need your documents to be translated, do not hesitate, this is the best you can get.

Update: although the service wasn t great, the customer service was better and they recognised the poor translation provided and I got a refund.

If you need a reliable translation, think twice before contacting these people.
Had my birth certificate to be translated and picked this company by the reviews and regret it. Pretty sure google translator would have done a better job.
My parent's names were translated into English.. Why would someone translate names and surnames? Also, Misspellings, wrong names and words, a total mess.
Took me the whole morning to do THEIR OWN JOB sending emails back and forward.
In the end, I was offered a discount for the next translation. Would rather pay for another company.
That's unacceptable. Wonder how the reviews are so good. Imagine if I had no English at all, how would I could possibly spot all those mistakes?

Rebecca was unbelievably helpful to me when I needed to source some translations for my company. I ordered the translation of our marketing material and then needed to add another file. I ended up adding more files. Jimmy was super helpful and was able to set me up where I continuously got credit for what I had already paid and at the end got all files for less than the price I was originally quoted. He went above and beyond what most would do in his place. Anytime I need translations again I will be purchasing through them.
