Great company. I have a business next to one of their properties. They have always manitained it. I just wonder if they will sell me a acre north of me in a couple of years.

Rented from them for 6+ years. They care about your money, but that is all. I would recommend renting from someone else if at all possible

As an employee for 29 years I've experienced Woodbury Corporation's concern and caring not only to myself in times of need, but to countless others. I appreciate their hard-working and honest approach in business, and in striving to work hand in hand with those communities they do business with.

Manager Russell Morley was very unprofessional. Worst experience I ve had dealing with this company. He was very rude and unapologetic about his attitude. I was a VISITOR at 615 Arapeen building and I had just parked in the wrong spot on accident. Was in the spot for about 5 minutes and he comes up threatening to tow my car and basically throws a paper at me saying I have your information don t park here again!

Typical corporation entirely driven by greed. Says they care about the "fabric of a community", but constantly evicts the restaurants and small businesses that make up the threads.

I called Woodbury Corp to find out more information about a property they were leasing. I talked to Craig, who told me that the property I was interested in wouldn't fit my needs. Which is fine, but then he told me he would get my information over to "Sarah" about a different property. Come to find out after calling them again, "Sarah" doesn't exist. So I spent the past 5 minutes trying to explain myself to their receptionist who was no help at all. If you're considering starting up a store front, find someone else.

They shut down the best locally owned pastry shop in Logan after 15 years. Can t believe you would do them dirty like that. An entire community felt betrayed by your company.
From your other reviews, I can tell this isn t your first time screwing over your tenants for more money.

Evicted and suing a Cancer patient after 17 years, as a tenant running a small shoe repair shop at the Newgate Mall strip mall owned by the Woodbury family my father in-law was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and had to close his doors. Having renewed his lease 3 times in the past in good faith and always paid on time he thought they would let him cancel the remain 2 years as he was unable to continue. Instead they are demanding payment in full and taking him to court.

Raised our rent during the pandemic when our revenue had dropped by 50%.
