I had today delivery to this company the best company I ever had delivery very good people and friendly. I would especially like to thank Marcus Carlo very nice guy make me coffee and help me parking on the blindspot with semi truck.Thank you guys again .
Joke of a company. Their communication is awful and they make zero effort to earn new business. I needed a printer serviced and when I asked how long it would take to get an account setup the person emailed me back and simply said "I don't know". I never heard another thing from anyone. I found another company that was great, they came to fix the printer the same day I called at a very fair price.
Small business owners beware. Read the contract they give you very carefully. Better yet, have a lawyer review it first. Once a customer they do all they can to force you to stay with them and it's in the contract. And if you don't stay with them, it gets expensive, confusing and combative. Be prepared to ship your lease paid in full machines to "anywhere in the U.S." they tell you to - AT YOUR EXPENSE!! Even though their main office is nearby they will NOT pick them up. We also had problems with our machine due to use of non Xerox replacement parts by Zeno techs. Took a year to get it even mostly fixed.
Our business used them as our vendor for more than 10 years. Our most recent contract they said they could provide us an updated machine at a similar cost so of course we did that. The machine had constant issues, the price ended up more than double what it could be, and during the course of the contract, 3 different managers apologized for how poorly they had treated us but did nothing. We finally paid them to take the piece of junk out of our office. We are with a local company now with a better machine for less money and we can talk to the owner of the company. Do yourself a favor and find someone local.
Unbelievable. I just called them to order toner cartridges. The phone rang several times. No one was picking up. Finally someone picked up the receiver and immediately hung up on me! SERIOUSLY? How about say "Thank you for calling Zeno. Please hold". And then if choose to hang up after a long wait so be it. But DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE AND HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER.
The worst business to get into an agreement with. Unhelpful, they will give you the run around for nothing, overcharge you, employees not motivated to go the extra mile and the company are professional rip-off artists,
DO NOT GET INTO A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY WILL HOSE YOU!
Don't ever do business with this company, terrible sales tactics and lots of hidden fees.
Extremely disappointed with this organization. We purchased a second hand Intec CS4000. The machine itself is not bad. However, Zeno have a monopoly of providing parts and supplies, so guess what a) very expensive with us not having the opportunity to shop around as the main distributor will not allow it (isn't that illegal in the US?) and b) they deliver faulty parts and then won't replace them because you have to notify them within 90 days, so if you buy stock for use in more than 90 days and then find out they won't even discuss it with you. Who does that these days?
I have no option but to deal with these people. If you are reading this review and thinking of buying from them, don't. Their customer service is arrogant and they just don't give a damn.
P.S. Their overall score of 2.5 is generous!!!
Needless to say, I do not like this organization at all.
Businesses beware! These are old used machines so you will be running into a lot of problems with the use of equipment. These contracts are extremely difficult to get out of and you will end up paying for new printers but only have used old models in your possession, models they no longer manufacture! They have outsourced a lot of their Departments (one main one being the Contracts department) to India. Huge language barrier, very frustrating. I highly recommend looking for a different vendor. Never do a long term lease, do a Month to Month or 12 month term if you are able to (and with someone else!).
