I appeared there for an interview. The office was super cool.. Very well organized. Cafeteria, interview rooms and conference rooms in one floor and work area separated. I was impressed. The outside view is not that great but the work environment inside is great
Good start up. I visited for interview. Seems good tech stack they use. Lunch is free. Located in posed area. Overall I had good experience.

Huge gap between ground and top levels. Mid-management is worst, you will see lot of people who are there for number of years, I don't think money is the only reason. You know what I mean :P because they became stagnant and do not have the capability to even switch. They are happy with their limited technology knowledge and comfort zone. Naturally politics come into the picture. If you see from outside, you will see the people are super cool but actually they are dumb and the work culture is toxic.No one is pushing to do better,no motivation. Only thing they are good at is to prepare a powerpoint presentation. I am giving 1 star because of its' cool environment and good salary.
Their way of taking interview is excellent. If you have applied for some specific domain they get clarity that you're fit for the specific role and they take interviews accordingly. As told I'm really fascinated by the non cabinet system in the company which means you can get connected directly with your senior colleagues. The enthusiast youth environment is another thing which I liked about the company.
I went to Media IQ Digital as an external trainer and I loved the concrete flooring, wood and glass decor of the place. It's vibrant and young and tasteful.
