We have been renting a property from the Good Home for 39 years now. Can only say that they are immediately ready for repair and that the property is well maintained. We are very satisfied with the Good Home.

This house construction presents itself nicely to new tenants, but if the tenants are inconvenienced by a specific person as a result of various odor incidents such as j3, you are approached with a very rude appearance, they seem not to want to look for solutions if you are rude employees who have no decency on the phone and at the door
Long waitingtime and unfriendly customer service. When one asked clarification the customer service agent answered with unfriendly manner and arrogant!
the moment I send an e-mail, I receive no or very late e-mail ... think the communication between the housing association and me is very bad .. it was that I was in need of housing at the time but they assigned me a room which a drug den seemed with everything I came across to fungus and silver fish pests, but well that has now been refurbished and I have been living there for almost 2 years now ... I am mainly concerned that there is just no contact while you send a decent email and if you call for it you will be skipped 9 out of 10 times with a weak excuse.
Unfortunately I came into contact with this company as a surviving relative. Very rude and totally ununderstanding the situation. Had contact several times and both over the phone and with the inspection. What a sad intention. A pillar to the wall story. They certainly don't live up to their name. If there is another choice for housing, I would highly recommend it.
Bad and unreliable. Practically no maintenance on their mostly dated homes. Absolutely not customer-friendly and also not committed to the tenant. Rude staff both on the phone and in the office.
This is perhaps one of the worst housing corporations in the Netherlands, and I advise people to ever rent a property from the Goede Woning. The Good Home that I now call the Bad Home. De Goede Woning mainly wants to earn money and invest as little as possible to improve the living pleasure of people. I have been renting a house from them for almost three years now, and for three years I have had no living pleasure because I am in the cold in winter because they refuse to insulate my house, and because of this my house becomes moist inside and I always get fungus everywhere that affects my health. And I have been working for almost three years to get them to do something about it, and they refuse it. De Goede Woning does not care about its tenants and even ignores court decisions. I have been looking for other living space for a while, but I will never rent a house from the Good Home again. Just worse than bad !!
Bad handling. Judge a home as poorly delivered. While the house before that looked even more outrageously worse. They just want to eat salad everywhere

extremely slow services. 3 visits are required for a simple repair. They seem to have absolutely no insight into the external parties. With Small repairs, you hide too quickly behind a service fund, which you can purchase at a monthly rate.
