You have to be at this horrible building to take care of your municipality's affairs.

The renewed and adapted: Mauriksestraat - Tielsestraat has now become even more of a motorway, driving too fast and more freight traffic. Far too little traffic braking measures on these types of roads, too bad !!

I have enjoyed living in this municipality in the middle of the Betuwe for 23 years

Okay it is a beautiful building, but hello this is Buren municipality, not the largest municipality, if there are maybe ten cars in the parking lot, that is a lot, half of the building is vacant. So nice, but so unnecessary, glad that I don't have to pay a municipal tax on that

Neighbors Geldeland, for me one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands.
Beautifully situated on the river Korne, a tributary of the larger Linge.
As the accompanying photos show, it is all history.
But the natural beauty is also abundant with a beautiful park and the banks of the Korne.
You say I want to see all that beauty, don't think I can do that in a few hours, no,
take a whole day out.
