Very Bad experience. I strongly recommend staff to get trained on how to instruct new patients and also the staff is rude on top of it.

Hospital address( very hard to find by google maps and imaps both) made me arrive 15 min late to the actual appointment time and the staff said no children allowed after I reached the hospital with 20 min walk with my child. The main point is, when I scheduled appointment over the phone, i was not advised that no children allowed and need to reschedule if we are late...

Absolutely loved Dr. Desai at my first Gyno appointment (last year). I am very disappointed with their scheduling now. I recently found out I am pregnant so I filled out the online form and called (and left a voicemail). It s been over 2 weeks and they never called to schedule. I had to find a new OBGYN. I was an existing patient, shouldn t be that hard to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Coronado is the best! She was with my through my first pregnancy and delivered my baby as well. I highly recommend her and I drive quite a while to see her. The practice is organized and efficient and I have always been helped in a timely manner.

I was circling around this very confusing complex with no signage what so ever on where the office was!! Called the office to talk to someone to walk me through where exactly their office was! I was in the vicinity but kept going in circles! When I finally found the freaking place the rued lady I spoke to at the front desk told me they were busy and couldn t see me!! There was no one else in the freaking waiting room!!! Rued staff! I scheduled an appointment with another OBGYN office!

Excellent service and personal care experiences from all providers at Women's Specialists of Plano. Best doctors and lab technicians for annual exams. Highly recommend!!

I have been seeing Dr. Desai for years and cannot say enough positive about her. She always takes her time to make sure I do not feel rushed and she fully explains all of my care plan options to me. She is also compassionate, which is a trait that can be hard to find these days.

Can t say I m upset anymore that my other doctor stopped taking my insurance so I came here. This place is great! I see Dr. Desai mostly and she s the sweetest woman. I saw the PA, Christen, recently and she was just as nice and helpful. They re quick here but still make sure you re comfortable. I was in and out in about 15 mins I think this last time. Love it.

I had scheduled an appointment a MONTH ahead. When I showed up they told me I had cancelled the appointment when I NEVER did. I asked the receptionist if they could still see me because I didn't cancel! The receptionist in the front was rude and all she was telling me was that she couldn't do nothing about it because they were booked. I TOOK TIME OFF WORK FOR NOTHING!! but of course what do they care. It s upsetting how they cancelled without notifying me and on top of that the attitude they have is terrible. I would've appreciate I better explanation. Service is terrible and who ever owns this place, I hope they teach their team how to treat and talk to people and most importantly COMMUNICATION!

Dr. B is the best OBGYN I have ever seen. He is caring and takes his time. I truly felt heard and never rushed with him. I highly recommend him.

Dr Desai is very caring, comforting, and proactive in providing the care needed to the specific patient. The Women's Specialists of Plano staff is very pleasant and friendly. The patient movement process to gets patients safely seen and cared for efficiently.
