Definitely recommend this place , Patricia is such a sweet honest kind loving person I love it here.

Its been 2 YEARS! after my surgery and I still have not received my chemical peel that was included with my surgery (face lift) . I've gone and called soo many times that I've lost count. Every time I go or call they have an excuse that they do not have the materials to do the treatment or they schedule me for an appointment and I go and wait for 2 hours and then they call me to the window and say they have to reschedule because the person who does it is helping in surgery or that they forgot to order. the materials. What kind of business doesn't have materials or enough staff to do their jobs? They will be the most interested and giving when you book your appointment and have your surgery but after they have your money and you've had your surgery they no longer care about you. Patty is the women who always gives me the runaround and always promises and brushes all of my questions off when I am there. I've had to show up without an appointment numerous times to try to speak to a manager but guess what? No manager or supervisor and anyone in charge can speak to me...never! Not only have they not kept their promises about my chemical peel but my face-lift was a complete fail. They blame it on my skin type or age but I've seen women older than me with better results! I still have a turkey neck and basically look 5% better than I did before surgery. My daughter had surgery in Mexico and her results were soooo much better than mine here in the USA and so much more affordable too. Do not trust this place with your body. Do NOT!

My experience in this place is been phenomenal.the staff is very kind and welcoming. Amazing job with my surgery. I love. The final. Outcome! Definitely I recommend this place.!

Overall this surgery center had professional staff and was a safe area to be around. Every one is friendly especially one memeber named Patty as she greeted me when I came in. Dr.Alvaro was courteous during my consultation and took every precaution and consideration which was very kind of him.

I got my surgery in this places and every one in there is very nice and professional .

The staff here is trained to say your body will look fantastic after surgery when in reality patients always came back unhappy because they would be told they would look one way and came back looking completely different Or because the infections caused after the procedure was finished, and will blame you for not taking care of it when that is not the case. And the owner who s a doctor as well will tell you everything you would like to hear for the sake of taking your money. They are not hygiene friendly when it comes to there patients.

I've had 2 procedure and I fell very confident with my self know and I have no issues or complication with the surgeries .
