Purchased my Mini JCW around a year ago. The car itself is superb however the service from the garage i have received has been poor. On picking up my mini i was made aware that a stone had chipped the windscreen. Instead of phoning me to tell me this they waited till i drove 30 mile to collect the car so had no choice really to drive away with it. Was simply told to claim on my own insurance as i had free windscreen cover. I still have 1 service plan left on car however because i knocked my oil service light off myself they will now not service the car, claiming i could have taken it to another garage. I was not willing to travel this distance for a simple oil change (60 mile round trip). I was going to just get the whole lot serviced when brought in for its MOT this month. I have also had to argue at one point to have a repair done under warranty (Which was a warranty issue with replacing window motor). It finally was done under warranty but it took nearly a week of complaining.

All in all cant complain about the car itself however poor from a customer service point of view. Purchased from a main dealer in the hope of better aftercare but this has simply not been the case.
