Absolutely best car buying experience in Memphis. Mr. Ian Rasmussen is totally professional and I will buy next Hyundai product from him (this was my sixth Hyundai). Also Mr. Gavin Matthews did a very excellent handling of financial arrangements. Best car dealership experience I've had - and we've had quite a few!!! Would have given 5 starts, but the dealership needs to improve process on how information is listed online - the price and some car features - were listed incorrectly. And not just by a few hundred - it was really off. Then, price was also wrong when quoted in person... however, I DEFINITELY think it was an honest mistake - just don't get your hopes up until you get it in writing. :) I LOVED MY DEALER!!! Jill Webb is TOTALLY awesome, down-to-earth, personable, hilarious, and NOT your typical dealer. GO SEE HER!!! And the sales Manager, ED LEWIS, ROCKED as well. He was very nice and sincere. I can't speak for other dealers at the same dealership. SO, go see JILL!!! I will DEFINITELY be back there to buy another car.

It was an aweful experience. I was told that I would be given a better price for a vehicle that I was trying to sell and I was not. It was a waist of my time.
Just got a routine oil/filter change yesterday afternoon. Today I noticed my AC fan making weird noises. I'm taking it back on Monday to see whats up. If not this problem, service was good.

We were looking for a 3rd vehicle due to an awful accident that left us down a car. With 2 in college, and 2 adults working full time, having only 2 cars was quite the juggling act!! In fact, we were in the middle of a deal with another local delearship, which dragged out for a week, and still no positive result!! You know the routine, more down payment needed, and payments well out of our range for a vehicle we really couldn t afford. That s when we saw the perfect vehicle at the perfect price, and to add to the this sweet deal was the perfect sales woman, and finance team!! Within a few hours, we were riding in style with the peace of mind of having an honest deal that we can afford! And all in a vehicle that more than suits our needs!! If only we would have stopped by Wolfchase Hyundai in the first place!! They treat you like family and believe me, we will be back in the future!!!

I had a very awesome experience shopping at Wolfchase Hyundai. I honestly went in for a used vehicle because I knew a brand new car would be out of my budget. But one caught my eye. The representative ( D. Martin) was personable and took his time and gave me my options without being pushy. They gave what seems like every discount and rebate available. But I have skeptical personality so I was still uncertain about purchasing a new vehicle. He said, "take your time" and they allowed me to test drive my car for 24hrs.. I appreciated not being hassled or rushed about anything. Anyway, I was extremely impressed, I came back the next day and bought my HYBIRD and I am in LOOOOOVE with my car.. I nearly forgot what stopping to get gas feels like.. I fill my tank and drive for 6 to 8wks before its time to stop again. The ride is so smooth and the engine is so quite that sometimes you don't know if the car is on or not. But back to this incredible dealership. Literally everyone that I encountered "from the beginning to the very end of my car buying experience" was friendly and just overall happy to be apart of the Hyundai team. The customer service is exceptional and they really do everything in their power to make sure you are comfortable and just as knowledable as they are with your vehicle. Came in for a Level 3 detail on February 14th. Got a call the same night saying that my vehicle was ready. Received 4 calls that night when It clearly says it takes a full day to complete the service. I feel like the service was a rush job and not did well. When I got back an extra 19.99 was added to my total and I was forced to pay.
Be ware they will run your credit report without your permission. Still fighting to get the inquiry off. The manager was supposed to contact me never heard from him.

Russ is great! He listened to what I wanted and helped me get what I needed. The purchase was smooth and he advocated for the best trade in on my vehicle. I had gotten estimates from other dealers and Russell beat it. I had been shopping around. Many other dealers over promised but not Russell -- he was honest and transparent about when I could take delivery and ultimately he got my car here sooner than expected.
If you are looking for a salesman that will have your best interest look no further than Lyndaryl Webb. You will love the service he provides.
Before you buy a car here make sure you visit the service department. Several things to watch out for. Fees just to look at your car and asses what is wrong are $99 minimum. A simple oil change is $69. You can't take your car elsewhere because it is hard to find Hyundai parts. So they have you. I like the car but I will not buy another one. It is horrible every time you enter that service deptartment. I own a BMW, Buick and Toyota. I do not have any trouble in those delays hips like I do in Hyundai. They are more interested in your wallet than helping you with the car.
Do NOT ever purchase an extended warranty from Wolfchase if you sell your vehicle they will not honor a refund of the unused portion of the warranty which they claim they do and I think are legally responsible for.
Next complaint will be Yelp, Facebook, BBB..

Ian is like a son to me. His genuine concern about my safety, driving in my 2015 Hyundai has been nothing more than exceptional. I've been to Hyundai for a number of reasons and each time I was treated with the utmost respect.
Keith and Matt in the service department were absolutely amazing they've taken time to answer questions and made it a priority to find a resolution to the issues my vehicle was having which were overlooked by their competitors I will NEVER use any other Hyundai dealership to service my sonata !!!
I had my 03 Elantra towed to wolf chase Hyundai to be diagnosed since it had stopped working, the tow cost me 160.00 to get it there, then 2 days later they told me the computer had died, and quoted me $2000 for a replacement, so i looked it up online and also called two other dealers to see what their price was for the computer, come to find out wolf chase was quoting me for a computer for a newer model Elantra which was $1200 dollars more, I decided to have the car towed back home (another $160 + $109 for the dealer diagnostics fee), I then looked at the car by checking the fuses and found that I had a blown engine fuse, I replaced it myself and the car had started and has been working perfectly ever since. either this company was trying to RIP ME OFF or they have unqualified mechanics. I asked for a refund and they refused. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. DONT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR, you've been warned

Salesman D R Martin was great, as was financial guy Mark Martin. Hate, as always, the length of time and back-and-forth dealing it takes to make the deal (especially since I have sterling credit and actually wanted to pay cash for the car), which makes you FEEL like you re being jerked around even if you re not. Also not pleased with the misleading aspect of showing a sales price that is conditional on doing the deal a certain way, otherwise the price goes up $750. And then they add on the exorbitant $599 documents fee. Buying a used car is always a pretty miserable experience but the two gentlemen mentioned above made it more tolerable.

Lousy as usual ,spent 3 hrs and still have the same problem
The trunk latch broke on my 2017 Sonata. I called around to find someone who had the part, Wolfchase Hyundai was the only place in Memphis that had it. I drove to the dealership and spoke with Kat. She told me my car was under warranty and the part was covered. The problem was there were no appointments for the week. I told her no problem. I could replace the part right there and return the defective part, I just needed to swap the broken one for a new one. She told me they don t do that, the shop has to perform the service and they couldn t accommodate me. I had to leave town that night, with a broken latch and rain in the forecast one problem was going to turn into two. I told her I was going to purchase the part so I could get this behind me however I was going to write a negative review of the service.
That must have meant something because after I purchased the part, Kevin the service manager, met me on my way out the door. He explained they couldn t just push everyone else aside to accommodate me. Apperantly correct communication hadn t taken place. I was not asking to be moved ahead in line, I wanted the part under warranty. Kevin said okay go replace the part and bring the defective one back and I ll refund your money. He also said he normally wants the service write up for the shop. I assume this is so they can charge for it and make money. That s fine too however I was in a pinch. Great, right?
One month later and two calls without a refund. So in the end I did the work and paid for a warranty repair on a one year old car. Oh, and the new trunk latch was a redesign. I had taken the old one apart to see if I could fix it without going through all this, it had a plastic tab attached to a metal actuator. A poor design on a piece of equipment that will see thousands of cycles in its life.
I can see past every facet of my story except two parts. Kat would have let me buy the part and absorb the cost except I stated I d be writing a negative review, then she told Kevin. Kevin would have solved my problem in a fair and equitable fashion, however he never refunded my money. He shook my hand and we talked for a few minutes. He seems like a reasonable guy, too bad he didn t follow through on his promise.
Follow up: There was a response to my review by Amy Garry so I called and left a message for her on June 25th with my name and telephone number. It has been over a week and she never returned my call.

This dealership has the most professional staff of any dealership in Memphis. They provide the best service in 4 counties (possibly 4 states). I bring all 5 different makes/models of cars I own to them and pay for the $90 diagnosis fee for the "non-kia" diagnosis because they "GET IT RIGHT" the first time. I will buy a Hyundai as my next car/SUV because of the service at this dealership.

I brought my car in to be repaired after hitting a large pothole. I needed a new tire, the front end had to be realigned, and the windshield needed to be replaced. They also took care of a factory recall and the 30,000 mile recommended service. I was very impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service exhibited by everyone I spoke with. Barry Williams was my service specialist and he kept me informed as to the status of my car. Charlie, the courtesy shuttle driver, was very friendly. I am always pleased with the service I receive here.

I had the pleasure of getting a used car from the sales staff. My only complaint is that the detail department doesn t do a good job at detailing. I m looking forward to cleaning it myself to make it really perfect!
Joe Wilder was my Sales Consultant. He was great. I was indecisive on which car I wanted. The Tuscan or Santa Fe. Joe was patient. He kept showing me different models with different options. When I decided which one I was getting and the deal was done, he took a good amount of time and showed me how everything worked. He has also been great at answering questions a few days after I purchased my car. It was a great experience.

Took my car to the service department to take care of recalls. Entered the service area and stood literally three feet in front of a service associate absorbed in her cell phone. After three minutes of her still being clueless about my presence, I asked if she was the only one there. Finally she registered my vehicle for service.
Sales team was great when I bought my car from them. Service department is very lacking based on my only experience with them.

I was contacted by the management team to apologize for the appearance of lack of service. They are trying to make things right. I am going to use their service department for my next oil change. I will update again at that time.
I just recently purchased my first Hyundai at Wolfchase Hyundai. I cannot say enough about how friendly and amazing every single person I encountered at this dealership is, they live customer service! Matt Leflore is great salesman who really cares about helping you get what you want and not just making the sale, he was very knowledgeable about the cars I looked at. Hayden Moore was also very informative and helped me make the best decision. No one pressured, or pushed me into anything and for the first time, I was able to finally purchase what I want and not what someone recommended. Even signing my paperwork with Rico Brown and Tray Alston was a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership and everyone that works there!
