I just purchased a new 2016 Hyundai Tuscon. I had the pleasure of working primarily with Steve Bizon. I highly recommend him and this dealership - working with him felt like working with a friend more than working with a salesperson. There was no pressure, he worked with me on my sales price, and he made sure I got all the bells and whistles I was looking for. Steve was very helpful and very thorough. I also worked with Young Lee (the sales manager) and PT (I forget his last name) in finance. Both were very well-informed, and PT also made the finance part of the deal easy and without a lot of pressure. I get that they are salespeople and trying to make a living, but I really appreciate that the guys I worked with at Wolfchase Hyundai recognized that I was informed and were willing to work with me to get a great deal on the exact car (features, accessories, color, etc) I wanted.

I visited many dealerships of several other manufacturers and by far Theresa Laska at Wolfchase Hyundai was the only sales consultant that did not pressure me or disrespect me when I informed her of my not being in a hurry to buy and my interest in other manufacturers' models. She was pleasant to work with and to just be around. Her personality and respect for me as a person, not a sale, was a huge factor in deciding to purchase a 2016 Hyundai Azera Limited from her over the other manufacturers' models.

They offered me an excellent deal and answered my 101 questions. I got the best price and best value in a 300mile radius. The week before Christmas I had to go in for routine maintenance on my 2018 Sonata and the service advisor James Delucia was great! I had scheduled my appointment online and been given how much it would cost only to get the dealership and be told a different price. Needless to say, I was annoyed and getting ready to cancel and reschedule the appointment.

However, as mentioned above James was very helpful and able to offer a discount to get the price lowered. He also went through the maintenance tasks and was able to advise what was necessary and what could be scheduled for the next visit. I appreciated this as he could of said everything was needed and not offered any discount. He was very honest and upfront, even about the longer than usual wait time due to having a skeleton crew for the holidays. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest advisor that won t try to scam you, is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great job James!

They offered to buy my car after i looked up the value on Kelley Blue Book as part of the KBB "Instant Cash Offer". I went to them and they instantly started playing sales games. Made me wait for about an hour while I could clearly see that no one even looked at my vehicle. Then, they stated the KBB offer ended at midnight so they could only pay me 15% LESS and not honor the KBB price for dealers. I left and they called me 5 minutes later asking me to come back so they could honor the price. Filled out all the ppwk, including the payoff to the loan company and they owe me a check. That was 3 days ago and now they are saying the check will take up to 2 more weeks. Meanwhile.......they have posted my vehicle on their site for sale!! They are literally trying to sell a vehicle they haven't even paid for yet!!! More sales games.

These guys were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the first phone call it was like you had known them your whole life. They treat you as if you're the only customer in the world, even though they serve hundreds of folks a day. Mechanics here are a rip off. Don't use them unless you have a warrenty. I was a new driver when I got my car so I used them after my warranty ran out because I didnt know any better. A few of my coils had to be replaced (which happens often actually) but they're only about $500 each. The mechanic told me a lot of problems that needed to be fixed, over $2000 worth of repairs, which I remember vividly he mentioned my belt needed to be replaced ASAP. 4 years later and the belt is still going strong. In fact, I got an oil change earlier this week and they said the belt was in good condition. Long story short, only get fixed what is NECESSARY. Dont trust mechanics.

Misleading pricing. Beware. They had a car listed for $16700, when I get out there to look at it and start a deal the price goes up to $18600. They told me it was because it was certified. They advertised it as certified for $16700. Very shady. I bought a different car at another lot for much less and no raising the price by $1900.

No high pressure, just consistent professional information and a willingness to work with me in replacing my lost car. Based on past experience at this dealership high marks also go to the service department at Wolfchase Hyundai. I recommend working with this dealership if you are in the market for a new car as well as recommend the Santa Fe Sport. This vehicle has many positive features including good visibility for the driver and cargo space in back for a mid-sized SUV, and another plus for us short people is the head rest lateral adjustment position.

Nobody likes going to the dentist or doctor, but we do it to stay healthy. Likewise, no one really likes to have a car serviced, but it is a must to keep a vehicle safe and efficiently running. So, it really makes it palatable when you can go to someone like Joanne Gooden at the Hyundai service center. She truly makes me feel like she is focused on taking care of my needs and concerns professionally, courteously and quickly. At a time when technology has taken the personal touch out of so many businesses, it is a great feeling to turn my car over to someone who cares and does treat me like family!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated for the first time at Wolfchase Hyundai this morning (7-7-15) and the service was phenomenal. Brandon (Willoughby?) was my service writer and he was pleasant to work with from start to finish. He was upbeat, polite, and friendly. I had an appointment set for 8:00 but arrived at 7:00 for fear of being late to work. He was able to work me in a few minutes early and have my car ready in enough time for me to make it to work in Collierville by 9:00. I declined the complimentary car wash, so he insisted on giving me a coupon for a free one the next time I am in the area. The customer lounge is clean and roomy, and they offer freshly brewed Starbucks coffee and tea. The restroom was also very clean, so that was a plus. I bought my car from Sam Hamud in August of 2014 and have had nothing but outstanding service from start to finish. There was a slight bump in the road when it came time to register my car in Missouri when I moved to St. Louis, but Sam fixed me up in no time. I am also beyond pleased at how well my car has held up. I haven't had a single problem to date! Now that I live in Memphis again, the staff at Wolfchase are the only people I will trust to service my car. I'd definitely recommend Wolfchase Hyundai if you are interested in purchasing a smooth-riding, efficient, and reliable car and wonderful customer service to go along with it :)

This review is long overdue, however when I went here with already approved not pre-approved but fully approved Bank financing all they had to do was in put my social and pull the bank paperwork since they were a preferred dealer send over the signed contract and or sales order or invoice and we're done.

I verified with the bank that this was the procedure as they've done several with other car lots and even spoke of this dealership with this error.

Now the error was that when I went there they ran my credit twice there was no need for them to run my credit when I already had fully approved Bank of America financing had I went to a non-preferred dealer they would have faxed over the invoice in the bank would have deposit the money into my account to give them so I know that my credit should not have been ran again. My review is late because I'm just now seeing it again and it's affecting me getting personal loans and a particular credit card I really really want I have decent credit or actually I have pretty good credit but there are algorithms with increase that will get you decline with some prestigious Banks so now I have to send letters and fight there erroneous pools on my credit other than that the car they sold me was fine and I'm still driving it to this day and I'm satisfied but this credit report in the erroneous increase they put on there not one but two with two different credit bureaus by the way so technically for inquires will continue to hurt me for 2 years that's not fair

Right when we were getting out of the car we wanted to look at, Jill came across the lot to us and immediately made us feel very welcome and got the key to the car I was eyeing. She was so super sweet and helpful!! Definitely an awesome person to work with on my first ever brand new car purchase!! She made the process simple and fun! Deniece in financing was great, too! Purchased the 2016 Genesis online and had it checked out for a possible extended warranty. They performed a 100 point inspection and found two major problems, despite Carvana's claim that a 120 point inspection had been made and the car was certified! Jo Ann and Rico Brown, at this dealership, were professional and courteous in getting my car repaired properly and qualify for their wrap around warranty, saving me $500.00 below Carvana's extended warranty! Yeah! Then too, Jo Ann helped me to get a second key programmed that was $64.00 less than a locksmith's quote. We have used Wolfchase since coming to Memphis and their excellent service of our 2013 Genesis. We leased a 2017 Genesis G90, returned, Wife liked her 2013 but loves the 2016, as it is her size! Yes!

Go to Wolfchase, Jo Ann is the "heart" of their service department and is a "jewel"! Thanks Tony, Jo Ann, Rico! Tommy & Jackie

While the 2 last service advisors we have had (Matt and Barry) have been helpful, this service center sucks. We moved here from one of the top Hyundai service centers in the country, so Wolfchase is an epic disappointment. When you enter the service bay, there's no one there to greet you- no desk- be ready to just stand there until someone notices you. The service advisor I had at first put her clipboard on the paint of my brand-new Genesis. The oil change was $60; double what I was paying. I was told it's "special oil" ... it's not.

On my Santa Fe, I needed a window motor replaced, oil changed, and tires rotated. I asked for a loaner because I have a one year old. I had to move a car seat to the loaner and then was called later that day and asked to bring the loaner back because the part for the window wouldn't be in "until Monday". So... I get to move the car seat again. I asked why they didn't overnight the part - our old dealership always does as standard practice - and was told "that's an extra cost not covered by warranty."

The warranty wouldn't cover $31 of the repair and they refused to match the "estimated cost".

Oil changes and tire rotations take a solid hour longer than they do anywhere else.

So rather than deal with these people, I take it to the good dealership when we go home.

Wolfchaae Hyundai provided exceptional service- I called my Service Advisor, Joanne, and asked if she could work me in at the last minute. She not only got me in, but got my car fixed same day- even though I had expected to leave it a day or two. When I picked up my car, they had fixed two other issues that I wasn t even aware of! They checked for recalls without me asking, plus they washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up too! I was totally blown away with the level of customer service they provided.

let me first begin saying that i truly love Tony,...

let me first begin saying that i truly love Tony, Ian, and Brandon in service. They do what they can because it has been really busy. Although, We purchased our civic back in October, I had to re do my contract several times. paying just a little more each time. Carfax said car was never damaged. No problems. We get there we had "No choice of what car we wanted." I felt pushed into the purchase of this car from our first salesman. The car was finalized in December and payment due as well. the finance company had no idea what was going on. Told a number of times we were fine. Its is a sinking feeling not knowing what is going on. As this was going on I had Knee surgery in February and with this said. We have had problems with the car that was promised to be fixed. we have been back and forth to get these problems resolved. the car stutters when you are in a residential area crossing speed bumps to accelerate again, water leaked into the trunk.was told it was fixed. while picking up the car noticed a crack on the left side bumper, I was told that the bumper was repainted. OK, question if the car had damage and hit on the bumper and not reported should that have been noticed by the dealership and told to the person making the purchase? Now our car sits up there in hops to have these items plus the TPS light keeps coming on. When we pick it up we are told that it is working and done. every time I leave the light comes back on. I understand the car is under warranty, but I feel (1) We were pushed into the car. (2) The car came in and it was looked over so fast that things were missed. I'm not saying we are unhappy with the service. We are being handled with a great loaner and in talks to get things resolved. It just seems hard not knowing full details. Back to the bumper being painted. if you see a tag painted over ask questions because I never noticed that before. Now it leads us to believe that this car was in a wreck of some sort and not reported. If a car is missing but the service says they don't find anything wrong and says the other items fix, you drive off and the same thing happens folks you have a lemon car. I just find if fishy that the original salesman gone and how he pushed us into this car. Tony took over truly love this guy. Not pointing fingers, but something just doesn't settle with me about this entire deal. I will write another post once we resolve things. I want to point out this experience for those to understand that you may have been in similar instances. The dealership isn't a bad place It isn't for certain if corners are being cut to get things pushed out. I would rather hope that our scenario with our civic will be resolved as soon as possible. Another note: if you have that feeling that something in your stomach not feeling right best result is to walk away. There is always another dealership wanting to push that deal for you. Again. I will update my post once we have things resolved. I do like all the folks I have dealt with, Tony, Ian, and Brandon and many others in service. I'm giving this a 1 star because of the entity of this car not fully being a 5 star car at this time. When you purchase a car for 15,000 your not willing to give in and get less. Your suppose to enjoy and be able to use a vehicle for purpose to get to and from places. Not worry once you leave a dealer's lot that it will break down. Mental note don't be that mom and pop hole in the wall dealerships that make the car shine just to take someone's money to make profit off them for the wrong reasons. I want to give your team a 5 star for helping me and keeping your word, by providing a loaner until this is resolved. I want to say thank you for your kindness every time I'm greeted. I know each and everyone of you work hard. I'm just saying "I feel like something from the get go about this car wasn't right." Not the fault of those that took over the contract and those that are working with me now. I hope this reflects to those that are needing insight about the hard work these guys do. I have purchased many cars in my life. There have been some memorable deals. By far, my greatest buying experience was with the Hyundai Wolfchase dealership. Both Mary Beckman and Ian worked very hard to win my business. I am extremely impressed with not just the sale but the service has been impeccable also.

If u guys are looking to buy a car this dealership is the one. This is our second car purchase from them. We were told by Tony in finance that our credit was not strong enough for a new car so they showed us other cars. We made a purchase in 2012 and Tony told us to make the payments on time for 3 to 4 yrs and he PROMISES he could get us in a brand new car. Well 3yrs later we came back and found Tony and met Gavin. Just as Tony promised he put my wife in a 2016 HYNDIA ELANTRA. Gavin took my wife out for a test drive and showed her all the ropes of the car and made the paper work a breeze. We love this company and especially Tony and Gavin. You better believe the next purchase is going thru them.

Sales person assured me selling car without credit history and with Hyundai financing.i deposited 1k$ as down payment and submitted all the documents I can. Waited for two weeks and finally I got reply saying they cannot process the loan.i felt there is lack of communication within finance and sales team . Not a right place for new purchase.

My experience was that of a very professional and helpful one. EVERYONE was very nice to my Father and I. This was my second vehicle purchased from that location. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from the Wolfchase Hyundai in the future and look for to the experience once again.
