Wok Box Review

Cheap, fresh, and fast. A great change from grabbing burgers or pizza.

I order the Firecracker with Chicken (also contains bacon) and on some days order the spicy Kimchi balls as well. The food is consistently great at this location...I would have to say I've probably ordered here over 50 times and not once have a I been dissatisfied with my meal. The head cook takes pride in his delivered dishes, I once saw him remove another newer worker who was not applying the toppings to the kimchi balls in a precise pattern! lol!

This is not the fastest service, as it's cooked fresh. There is some language barrier but I'm not there to talk to Dr. Phil. I'm there for great, consistent food at a reasonable price and that is exactly what I get from this location time and time again.

Worst person to person service I have experienced . Little to no effort in pleasing the customer. If I manager or boss reviews these posts ' whoever was working Thursday, September 27th should be fired . I love the food but this location will not be seeing myself anymore . Terrible communication over the phone with a simply question . Language barrier between customers needs to be fixed .

The service I received from the only person that was there was awful. Didn't seem to want to be helpful. Was wrongfully changed for a special they had that night. Couldn't argue because I was borderline late for a conference. I sure hope this is better during daylight hours.

The food is great. Careful if you have peanut allergies of course

Just ordered 2 things and it cost $46.00 on skip the dishes..... uhhhhh there's barely any food. Wayyyyy too overpriced. Never again. Doesnt even taste good.

Ordered the ginger beef... extremely disappointed. The meat s texture was literally like rubber (Very hard to chew), and the portion not worth the $12.00. Sadly, it was my first time visiting Wok and my last.

Ordered through Skip, took a long time to get here which was fine. The food tasted pretty terrible though, wasn't able to finish it. Definitely pass in the future.

This place could be cleaner but the food was great!

If there was an option for 1/2 a star, I d use it. Older Asian man that works there most of the time is very rude and unprofessional. They won t get another dollar outta me.

I ordered the wor wonton soup and I was honestly disappointed with the result and I felt cheated with the amount of products in making of the soup.

The gentlemen working today was awesome! Super nice to the needy customers in front of me and did it all with a smile. The young guy working today gets a 5/5!

Updating my review, to reflect tonight's total waste of money and time. They totally destroyed both boxes, the one had barely any noodles in it and they were both made like soups. Had to pour out the gross mess to make it even remotely eatable. It's like they poured grease all over the food, barely stays on utensils.
Spring rolls packed in box so they are soaking wet and cold because of sweating. SUPER.
Called, said their manager wasnt there and to call back tomorrow. RUDE. Not surprised by that as the employees are not supervised.

Orginal Review: There is no where to park and their fountain pop machine has been down for YEARS AND YEARS. I will 9/10 times just go to a different location even though I live right by this one.

Called half hour before coming there to pick up my order. They haven't even started on it yet. And the sad part is that they weren't even busy. I guess that's the norm there. Would never go there again. And advise others to go else where

Good regular butter chicken but but pricey for the quantity

Best Vegan Butter Chik'n I have had to date. Good prices, good service, surprisingly good beer selection!!

Over priced, underwhelming and not worth your time.

I have eaten at this location many times and it has just gone down hill. Today I had my usual butter chicken. Came in at around 1230 service was ok. Food was garbage. The chicken tasted like cat food, not sure if it was over cooked or left out to long or what. Couldn't even bring myself to finish it.
I can not recommend this place to anyone as it has been a long time since I have had good food and service here.

Genaric taste and product, fast service so if that's all you want go eat there.

If you like to eat and you like the taste of good food this is a good place to go
but if you like food that has been sitting under a heat lamp for 6 months you can always go somewhere else

Ok guys .. real talk.
1) pho is not the best, the noodles are good, broth not soo good. Asked for peanut sauce and they don't have any kind. The bowl that comes with has no mint??? And everything for the pho comes on the side of the plate... It's pho no need to try to be fancy... Overall 3/5 for sure.. good and quick but not the best

Vietnamese Beef Pho lacks flavour, Korean Beef Bulgogi doesn t even taste like bulgogi and the two staffs are arguing in front of the customers.

I ordered the wor wonton soup without shellfish as my co-worker has a shellfish allergy. Not only did i they send the order with shellfish causing my coworker to have a severe allergic reaction, they also fought me when i called and told me that they don't put shellfish in any of their food.....

By accident my order got mixed up the other day and I called back to let them know because by the time I opened it I was at home and I was missing my spring rolls, so I called back and they told me to come down a get a free kungpao and spring rolls. I wasn't able to make it back for 3 days because of work. But tonight I got there and he remembered me immidaitely when he seen me. And when I got home I noticed he through in a extra 4 spring rolls and hooked it right up with chicken and beef. FOR FREE! Outstand customer service! Thank you guys so much

Went here on a Saturday evening about 45 min before close and they had no rice! Seriously disappointing.

Just ok , I had butter chicken , it taste like paper chicken with rice , spring roll is good .
Not have another option ? It is good

Fast, good prices, good food. Close to the venue where I work when I'm in town, and I eat here every time. I've never been disappointed.

Fast Asian food options. Very tasty, and good sized portions. Reasonable prices as well.

Food was very good. Friendly service. I'm not vegan but noticed they do have vegan options; that's great. After we placed an order, worker started singing all of a sudden. At first it was amusing for minute or two but then was irritating. I had ginger beef had enough of spice and rice was good. Thanks

Honestly this place is pricey for what you get. The food is good but it's very overpriced.

Great tasting food. I went late on a Thursday, and there was no wait. The food can be spicy!

Im a regular at this location only, staff is friendly and quick with your order. Most Wok Box locations have bad food but this place does a good job. Not authentic obviously but still best Wok Box ive been to in a long time.

Dan Dan with Hoiken noodles and shrimp is my personal go to.

Love this location! Regularly take the bus from millwoods to downtown just to get an order of sweet Mongolian. Take out and hop a bus and finish it off by the time I get back to the TC.so good. With the new vegan chik n it s another step up. Grab it with udon noodles and it s a killer combo. WOK BOX! IT ROCKS!

They were out of rice and insisted on charging me 1.50 so I could have noodles instead of nothing with my meal... I laughed and went elsewhere

A decent place to check in to try some Asian foods though the real Indian dishes with real taste of spices is better not expected here

I eat at Wok Box regularity. Not really authentic Asian food but its delicious none the less.

i suggest the leduc or the spruce grove location food quality way better at those locations and i already filled out the feedback online

Very clean, very friendly staff. Food is very reasonably priced, there is a television for dining in, so you can watch sports or what ever. I normally order take out which is quick and well worth it. I've never had an issue with anything I have ordered anytime I have been here.

I didn't even get to the order. When I went in there was a single person running everything and he really didn't seem confident enough to be left alone. I felt awful for him. He was unsure of the day of the week at 5:30pm and was trying to offer me the wrong daily deal (no one had changed it since Christmas Eve). He kept messing up my order, or misunderstanding, I couldn't tell. Either way he kept needing clarification several times. After punching the order in I was obviously being overcharged, I don't think he gave me the deal. I told him it was wrong, he looked frustrated and kept trying to call someone on the phone (while he was taking my order) but no one would answer. It looked like he was having till problems when trying to correct my order. He had slammed his hand down in frustration at one point, it felt really awkward. A line up was building and I didn't want to be 'that guy' holding up the line (but I also didn't want to over pay) so I told him to cancel my order and I went to River City Revival around the corner.

This employee should not have been left on his own. I don't know if he was scheduled this way or if someone called in sick, but management should have been present to give the guy a hand. Saving money on man hours shouldn't come at the cost of an employee's comfort or customer service.

I took my girlfriend on a date here, Wasn't the best for every reason behind what makes a good noodle shop. I recommend Oodle Noodle over this chain any day!

Can't go wrong with this Wok Box location. Friendly staff with great fast service. Tasty food and good sized helpings. Prices are fair for how much you get. An all around great experience.

Seen the owner trying to unclog a sewer drain on the patio with kitchen utensils. Not the most sanitary. What does he do when nobody Can see him? Will never eat here again.

Always go for Sumo Wednesdays. Haven't been disappointed by the food or staff.

Ordered from uber eats and it was around 45 - 50 ollars. The combo wasnt that big. And honestly the food tastes so bland, the chow mein spice thing was undersalted. Skip them and order from thai express in skyview tower. You can get 2 really tasty dishes from there and it is only 26 dollars. And it is much bigger portions and much better flavor.

Overpriced fast food is what it is.

It was nice and simple place. Very convenient if you are looking for a quick bite to eat.

Found some coupons in my mailbox, so thought I'd give it a try. The food (on multiple occasions) was OK, similar to what you would get at a food court. I prefer to pay a little extra and buy the "Sumo" size and eat any leftovers the next day.
