I went to my son's birthday! Although it was cloudy, I was able to see many animals up close!
It is divided into a safari zone that moves by car and a foot zone where you can see animals on foot.
I went to the foot zone first.
Various animal events are held every 30 minutes.
We first went to see monkeys feeding and talking.
Customers can't feed, but you can see the monkey eating food up close!
In the foot zone, there are restaurants, souvenirs, and indoor athletics where children can play for free.
However, the restaurant meal did not look very good, so I recommend bringing sandwiches. There is also a picnic area where you can enjoy the weather outside.
Elephant events and penguin events are recommended in the foot zone. Touch the elephant!
After that, I was tired of walking, so I returned to my car and went to Safari Park. It was Saturday, but it wasn't crowded because it was cloudy.
You can see animals everywhere! Around the animals, the car stopped and everyone seemed to watch slowly.
Luckily, an animal like a cheetah was able to see the meat and the bears and giraffes up close!
I was surprised and approached the car and was powerful!
The monkey jumped on several cars.
There was a baby monkey and I was playing with my parents and brothers.
The lion could also be seen from a distance.
Overall I am happy to see all the animals.
You can go to the safari park from the beginning any number of times.
After that, I went to the foot zone again, played my son until I got tired with indoor athletics, bought souvenirs and went home.
I enjoyed it even when it was cloudy and was satisfied. You can also take a swan boat or a mini train.
I wanted to visit again. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful stunning place. Had so much fun seeing the animals live, at close proximity.
Saw the lions, wolves roaming free, Elephants, Zebras, Leopard, Giraffe, monkeys. It was beautiful.

It s an experience to be had over and over again.

Great adventure to be had by all families, animals are free to roam and look amazing so close up, realisitc pricing and friendly staff. Thank you to all that contribute to Woburn Safari Park, we had a brilliant adventure.

Shite. Spent more time looking at animals arses as they walked away from us. Kids were massively dissapointed because there weren't any dragons! Jebus my kids are special! Anyway... A bit boring and a waste of fuel. Especially at today's prices. Don't even get me started on petrol prices! Rip off! And most of it is tax! Flaming government. Next time the children want to go somewhere I'll take them to Colchester zoo. At least the animals are in cages and are a captive audience. Wouldn't recommend.

We really do love this place and as we live close we tend to visit regularly. Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day so we thought let s go visit the animals.
Very disappointed only 1 tiger in tiger park. Only 1 bear in bear park and no wolves. Only 4 female only lions in lion park. Monkey park was good but no staff there so very long waits as cars were not moving forward. The elephants were removed from their bit at 3pm when park is open until 6pm.
All in all such a disappointing day

A great place to be with friends and family. Fascinating drive in car while animals are around you..... one day picnic point...various games, shows to enjoy for adults and children....superb place for even photography...if you love nature...loved it.

Been there today, and I must say that except monkeys there is not many attraction... Seen one wolf which looked like he haven't eat for months. One small bear and pack of lions sleeping under tree. For that amount of money and with such volume off clients you getting there you should increase amount of animals walking freely...

Really great Safari park and the little one enjoyed it. Only criticism is that the day we went to the park was quite so a lot of the shops were shut around the Safari walk about.

Would definitely return if we came back this way again. We were so close to the giraffe's and the rhinos

Gud fun

Great day out ! We saw lots of animals in the drive through and walk around close up and they all looked healthy and we'll looked after. The train is a bit boring as we didn't go past may animals or anything of interest. The sea lion show was good but the show area could be better lit, the 3d show after is a bit random and stopped halfway through then went back to the beginning.

What a beautiful safari!! We absolutely loved our experience. We got to see all the animals although there were A LOT of cars which created a considerable amount of traffic but it didn t ruin our experience. They have the drive thru safari and then the walking part to the safari as well as the train which takes you around. The whole experience was so much fun and a wonderful day out. Customer service was fantastic at the door, we were even given a free bottle of hand sanitizer which was nice. The toilets were being cleaned by the cleaner after every use also which was lovely. Overall, highly recommended.

Love it

This was one of the worst days out ever. Extremely overpriced with very few animals
One tiger no wolves few lions and horrendous queues. Only time u her anywhere near an animal the wardens tell u to keep moving

I have visited twice before years ago and it was good. I advise going a zoo instead

Absolute overpriced and awful day

Excellent place to visit with family and friends. Can do both foot safari and road safari at no additional cost.

Very BAD thing- no network in safari park, your phones won't work, even the latest phones. I lost touch with friends only found them after we left park.

Amazing place to meet the animals. I have been here three times and would definitely recommend this experience.
I ve knocked off the star as I m not quite happy with the food places. Coffee shops are tiny, main restaurant does not offer healthy options at all. I would recommend to pack your own lunch or go for a dinner in Woburn village lots of lovely restaurants over there.

This is second time of disappointment today, will not going again!
I am mother of 5 years old autistic son who had huge meltdown ,because we need to wait long queue for swans/dragons boats.
I politely asked the staff to not wait ,but wasn't accept!

I loved it as a child and now myself and my family love it.
We had wolves and bears walk next to the car almost touching the wing mirrors.
Lions, gazelle and lots more animals running around.
If you don't see much the first time drive around again and you may see some animals you didn't see the first time.
You can feed the birds in an enclosure if it's not been too busy otherwise you can't you just walk through it but that's still good.
Ring tail leamer are good to walk through and we liked the penguins.
Lots to see.

I love animals and the safari drive is amazing! This is a must visit place for the whole family. They offer different talks throughout the day, they have lots of activities for children to do even holding reptiles they have peddle boats on the lake. A really enjoyable day out!

We visited on August Bank Holiday Saturday so probably not the time to see it at its best. We arrived bang on 10.00 as it opened and decided to go and get a coffee before doing the road safari. We got in the cafe at 10.15 to find the staff only just starting to fill up the food displays. On one of their busiest days of the year, I was surprised they were not better prepared and organised. Worse was to follow.

We went in the Rainbow Bird experience just as it opened. First of all there really weren't many birds in there, and very few rainbow lorikeets but much worse, we came out at 11.10 and went to wash our hands and there was no soap in the 2 dispensers. I reported it immediately to the girl on the desk in there as parrots carry some very harmful organisms and diseases.

We then went off and drove round the animal safari, very busy but only to be expected. We went back to the centre to eat a picnic and as we were close to the Rainbow Bird experience, I thought I would check the soap dispensers after we had eaten at around 14.25. You can imagine my horror at finding that they were still empty.

From an environmental health perspective, the place should have been shut down immediately. I again reported it to the girl on the desk (a different one). I checked again half an hour later and one dispenser now had soap in it. I find this totally unacceptable. It smacks of inadequate levels of staff training and poor management and organisation. Simply not good enough.

We had a great day out and the kids are already asking to go back. We absolutely loved seeing the animals in those huge enclosures. We were lucky enough to see the bears walking around the cars and the Tigers were doing what cats do: sleeping and looking gorgeous! We got a great view of the Lions, Rhinos, Giraffes, Zebras and the monkeys climbed on the car! The kids thought this was hysterical.

The new Lemur experience was great and they actually walk around you (try and get there for feeding time).

All the enclosures in the "Foot Safari" look good (although I am not sure whats going on with the Otters as the enclosure appeared to be empty but there were no signs up). The meerkats and mongoose enclosures are much bigger than we have seen at Zoos so that was nice to see.

You can walk through the parakeet house and feed them too.

If I had to be critical I would say that they could provide more information on the animals and perhaps have more presentations as they are really interesting. However, the staff obviously work really hard and they were all really helpful and enthusiastic.

The whole experience is about getting you close to the animals and that really seaparates it from zoos. All in all we had a great day and would recommend highly!

Amazing place the safari is great fun driving through in your own car makes it a lot more personal, tip remove your aerial before you go in. The zoo part of it is nice lots of refreshments available but like all zoos is a bit costly so take a packed lunch.

Amazing place! Was really surprised by how good it was. Fantastic day out for young and old alike. Once you drive through the safari area there is a great picnic spot and they have interactive feeding of the animals. Make sure you don't miss the elephants as you get to give them a pat while they walk past you.

Yesterday we had a fantastic day out at the Road Safari. We had some very close encounters which were all the more enjoyable with the Jurassic Park soundtrack playing in the background! Our car got buffed by a tiger's tale and jumped on by monkeys (indeed one of them left us a gift on the bonnet). We also saw lots of close up wild Red Kite action which was spectacular. The toilets were open and the queue was manned so we felt incredibly safe and distanced from everyone. The sun started to set on our last lap as some of the herds made their way in to bed, which was magical. Thank you so much Woburn Safari for putting this on. It was a day we will treasure and we felt great being able to contribute to the conservation of your beautiful animals. Even though we have been before (road and foot) this was by far our best trip to your zoo.

Such a great day out! I would really recommend making a visit here! It s very entertaining and there are a lot of activities.

The highlight of my trip was probably the animals which you see on the drive though safaris. Be warned: the monkeys are very naughty and jump on your car! Luckily no damage was caused though.

There s also a train and overall it s a really good out. The price is quite steep but worth it overall

Great day at Woburn Safari recently the kids absolutely loved it and are still talking about it almost a week later great facilities for a picnic and family activities. A special mention to the ranger in the monkey enclosure for going the extra mile and making the kids day special. Would highly recommend!

It was an Ok Safari experience. Don't take me wrong, they did the best possible. I am rating it ok as may be because I have been to another Safari park in Netherlands which was much better. This one felt like a bit of a park as opposed to safari with an African feel. The area is a bit small. They did good arrangements for pandemic way of life. The car queues were long and slow, specially near the main monkeys attractions. Kids got really tired of being stuck in car and not able to watch much (as we were way back in queue). Park rangers should do more to keep pushing people to keep moving. When we got off car, we were exhausted. People should also keep this in mind and not spend too much time at each sightings. Animals were nice and well kept. There was not much to see in foot safari. Free boat rides was nice. The parrot show was nice. Didn't like the mono tone talk of the animal handlers during live sessions. The sea lions show was really good. Expect long queues at toilets and boat rides. Couldn't get train ride as we missed the last train (16:30).

Used to be a regular visitor, but haven't been for a few years. Noticed two changes: significantly increased entry tickets price and an awful condition of tarmac en route.was more preoccupied navigating trying to avoid massive potholes rather than enjoying the animals. Speaking of which bad tarmac condition is a hazard for them too.
Disgraceful

Waste of money!!!

Waste of money!!!
Every cafe and shop closed so couldn't get food luckily we bought sandwiches.
Wanted extra for the sea lion show.
The actual safari was ok saw giraffes and monkeys which was good but other than that don't waste your money.!!!
Will not be coming back.

Fantastic day, saw all of the animals which was lovely, they all seemed happy and had huge enclosures. Both the Drive through safari and the walk about bits were awesome, really great to see the animals so close, and to actually stroke the lemurs! Highly recommend going here to everyone. Only negative thing I have to say is that some absolute twit's were feeding the monkeys. Next to a sign that said do not feed the monkeys. Some people can be so stupid.
