Nippon data systems ltd is not able to manage the application of NSDC then why govt is not changing to other company.

I don't know why this happened with me but it is worst thing.
I applied for software developer and faced 3 round and clear all the round. and found the offer letter as a software developer but when i joined the company then gave me the task for support ..mean they wanted to change my profile.when you needed a support guy then why u hired software developer and wanted to spoil the career...its worst thing ,i never recommend this company...............
