The new range of Indian meals are really good - plenty of tender meat, perfectly spiced, and all may be cooked at the same temperature (unlike some others). What a shame that the containers cannot be put in the oven, without having to transfer the food into another container. Other company's ready meals have this ability so the packing technologists should know what to specify.

Horrible place to work staff and managers not very nice no loyalty they treat you like you are very much replaceable and you are staff come and go daily only staff they keep are the ones who suck up to boss and lick arse. Im 32 i suck up to noone not even for a job lasted a year surprised i lasted that long. Shame really but Morrisons Headquarters are the worst people to work for iv worked all my life.

your store in folkestone, kent. i went there today and was amazed that there was no safe distancing in there. it was busy i did point out this to one of the ladies in charge of queueing to pay and she agreed with me. but said what could she do. on the way out of the store the same thing happened when a person coming into the store ignored a store man giving directions. i will find it difficult to go back there whilst this situation exists. you need to allow less people in at a time and customers need to see that you are in charge. sad.

I m 61 have shopped in morrisons for as long as I can remember. During these terrible times, I was proud with how Morrison s was handling this pandemic. But I have noticed over the past few weeks, that more & more staff are not wearing masks. Is it your policy that they can t pass on COVID. Or do you test all your staff every morning to make sure they don t have the virus. I have heard anxiety with wearing the mask is a reason for no mask, it s the first I ve heard that anxiety prevents the spread of the virus. I always thought throughout my working life, that MANDATORY meant all, or you couldn t do it. I had 13 years working in the mines & a face mask was MANDATORY. It s a good job the thousands of miners didn t suffer from anxiety. I feel let down by many shops. Government are worried about a second peak, looks to me like Morrison s & other retailers couldn t care less.

Called in huddersfield store and I couldn't find an item I was looking for so l walked up to customer services and there was a lady there I think she said her name was natasha she was very helpful and went above and beyond to solve my dilemma I would just like you to know I was very impressed . I am 73 year old. I went to your Leigh store garage a few months ago to get petrol and blow up my tyres. The first tyre went flat?? I went back into the garage and told the girl.She told me the machine was faulty? I asked why there was no notice on it but she said it did not belong to them?? She rang the store and a guy called Gary came and sorted it out as I have a compressor. I reported it by email when I got home. I was disgusted to get an email saying there was no record of this so it did not happen?? I am not a liar. A few weeks ago the same thing happen. The young lad came and sorted it out this time. He told me it was a new machine? I went home and emailed again. I received an email from James Mc. Gougan of customer services saying this is not how customers should be treated. He asked who the guy was who sorted it first time. I went into the store and found him. His name was Gary and he said he would certainly back me up as it did happen. I let James know his name. He replied that he would contact the store manager and the employee and get back to me. I received an email this morning saying they could not tell me what happened as it was data protected?? I am disgusted with Morrisons if that is how they treat customers. There is no point in complaining. They should be trying to get more customers not turning the ones they have away. I went to Sainsburys this morning for petrol and to shop.

Excellent customer service. The advisors I spoke to were exceptional in their response to my queries, the help they provided, and the understanding they showed me, as my voice has been affected by a stroke.

Place is been ripped off by thousands each week by a company called Ashleigh Signs ranging from false time sheets, invoices, travel, hotels ect and yet that money could go towards the hard working staff that makes Morrison s what it is. and this company is a FAMILY company

Within the store there's drycleaning, shoe mending...

Within the store there's drycleaning, shoe mending and key cutting service. A barista style cafe offering a wide range of refreshments and toilet facilities as well as a full Morrison's cafe. The store has a cafeteria too offering food and drinks throughout the store hours. A fully stocked and very well maintained store, with friendly and helpful staff available throughout the store, which has a fully manned helpdesk.

Bought too many bottles of cognac and spirits. Tried to return 3 bottles and told alcohol not refundable! Only warning notice was a 5 by 7 sign stuck on top of customer service desk! Like I have to go to the desk to ask first before making a purchase. To top it up, the manager, Darren Purke, in my opinion needs to brush up on good customer service management. Have some initiative and so much more. Tesco has no such problem with refunds. This Morrison was local to me. Tesco! You have another loyal customer.
Morrisons! Shame on you. No idea or respect for Consumer Rights 2015. Staff at this store: ignorant. 1 Star.
DO NOT BUY ALCOHOL HERE.

Ordered a quarter pounder burger meal the other day was given a burger that was about the size of a fifty pence piece. Store wouldn't so anything about it reckon it's what they are sent to cook and it's tough. Head office giving me the runaround at tje switchboard can't get through to any one. Disgusted.

I have just visited Morrisons in Tamworth Staffs where the organisation and staff were just brilliant ! There is a safe ,simple queuing system to get in store which then flows into a one way system. Staff are on hand to help & guide you through if required with social distancing floor signs all through the store. with a simple queue to wait to be called forward to a till one at a time. I was in and out within 45 minutes....well done Morrisons a brilliant effort on behalf of the shopping public.....thank you.

Team absolutely useless, never answer emails, never deliver items ordered even when shown as in stock both before and after ordering. An absolutely rubbish service. Ordered printer paper twice the only item I needed. Not delivered. The only thing I can think of is that the order pickers are not doing their job. This makes life awkward when you are in isolation.

I have brought 3 pairs of socks from 3 different brand names including nutmeg for work and and all the pairs of socks after a few days have holes in them. Costings me a small fortune over the year. Shame on you Morriston.

I am 81 years of age, and was told by a friend that Morrison's Southport would open an hour earlier than usual so that elderly and other vulnerable people could shop more easily. I arrived at 7.05a.m. this morning, wanting celery, onions, bread and bananas. NOTHING! Honestly, I'm not exaggerating, none of the sections had been filled up from closing time last night. Staff were just starting to bring bread out. I was so disgusted, I drove to Tesco in Kew. They'd been "manic" (according to staff) since opening at 6a.m. Shelves all well-stocked, got the items I needed. I definitely won't be making an early morning trip to Morrison's in future - Tesco, here I come!

It's absolutely ridiculous what we contractors have to pay to eat end of the day we all work hard for morrisons to succeed that's why we are all here.
This is stilling right In our faces
Nearly 2x more the price.

Since Aldi opened a store in Beverley.E.Yorks, I have not done my shopping in Morrisons. However this week I went into the store at Beverley and was pleasantly surprised at the prices and offers. Had Morrisons been fair and not over charged me I would never have gone elsewhere, Morrisons being a British company.
If Morrisons keep offering great prices and offers I will shop there and not Aldi.

I needed new dusters picked a pack of "savers 8 dusters" without thinking. When I went to use the first one I was astonished to see how low quality they were, looked at the label to see where they were made "Pakistan" really!!!! Why not use British made products (yes they may be cheaper from other countries but quality matters to most people). They are very thin material that you can actually see through and do not even remotely feel like a duster. Very, very disappointed in Morrisons buying and selling inferior products like this.

Disgusting- take your money, but don't deliver half of the items you've paid for. They don't respond to emails & when you call they lie saying they have refunded you, when clearly they haven't as a week later & still no refund.



Clearly some staff members have been asked to increase the ratings of the reviews as who can actually really be bothered to leave a good review saying how clean the store is? Or great service after 1 delivery???

to whom it may concern the MD of morrisons should know trollies are expensive so why should I complain that trollies get used for dumping, fire ash general rubbish etc when you complain to your local store i.e Ipswich nothing gets done some company you run

My nanna bought a pack of 4 Morrisons pork pies on...

My nanna bought a pack of 4 Morrisons pork pies on 7th September and found pieces of hard plastic INSIDE the pies. Long story short, shes had an ongoing complaint since this date and Morrisons are really not bothered. They say they ''sent a letter out in the post to the incorrect address'' and are now ignoring emails...... even the managing director is not bothered as we wrote it him too. Luckily she discovered this before sharing the pie with her grandchild.... but as they were Morrisons OWN brand of pies and they cant be bothered to investigate & respond to us ive been asked to put it on here................. shame on you morrisons!!!

I run a group for people recovering from a stroke ...

I run a group for people recovering from a stroke in Stockton on Tees.
I have sent out dozens of letters asking for donations, either in the form of gifts,hampers or money.We are totally reliant on our members and careers for all donations to enable all the group to have a day out or pantomimes and Christmas lunch. I have no replies to date except from Morrisons at Teesside Park.Anne Easby their community champion invited me over, gave me a hamper and we had a lovely conversation.
I thank you for everything.

Green gates on top side of car park are closed off now for some strange reason, making it difficult for the elderly to access their favorite "market street" other than that a great store, helpful staff, good offers and a clean environment
