Very good experience with the (pediatric) urology department

Without you our life would have been very different! We ended up on the ic and mc with our daughter and stayed in t ronald maconald!
All staff are available day and night! They even installed a webcam for us so we could see our little girl!
Give you a good explanation and always take the time for us! Finally a hospital where you are a human instead of a number!

I am shocked, In a sector where human actions should be taken for granted, I am confronted with a very unique way of working with an extreme right-wing aftertaste.

At WKZ, your origin, sexual preference, religion and perhaps your skin color determine the quality of care you receive.
Doctor who is only 30 or 33 years old, makes such a misguided remark. completely without any form of empathy, that touches you deeply in your soul. And to think that this young gentleman will have to stay in this sector for another 30 years. Only god knows how many times this sort of thing has happened.
When care becomes a rutine. if your fellow human beings suffer from production work and you force yourself as a doctor to approach very cold and monotonous people, I strongly advise you to do something else.
I have no respect whatsoever for this male doctor. I understand that this best guy has good syndrome and is above all others, but I can assure you that that position really has an untenable status. At the end of the day we are all just people. Regardless of where you come from, what your outer characteristics are. What you believe in.

While I am sitting with my newborn deceased child in my arms at the foot of my fold, recovering slightly from childbirth. Do you say very cold and blunt, "and what do you want to do with it?"

Dear WKZ, I do not need a reaction from you, certainly no marketing correct copypace apology reaction that I would certainly be disgusted with. This incident occurred 9 months ago. There is nothing you can do to ease our pain. Preventing such incidents by maximally training your staff is the best thing you can do for clients.

Referrals from doctors to this hospital for premature twins repeatedly rejected in 2 different desperate independent emergencies wrongly and thoughtlessly! We parents have ended up unnecessarily in the most horrible nightmares that a parent can imagine !!! We are open for a decent response from this hospital!

I had received help advice with good results respectively!

Our experience, once within the walls of the WKZ, is more daring than that, fortunately, completely different!

As for the medical quality; diagnostics, treatment or admission stay plus the medical specialists, We are so far very satisfied with!

* Meanwhile our twins are making it better !!! We parents therefore have high hopes / confidence in the treatment of the WKZ and therefore the future!

A negative review is allowed! But what if you are honestly addressed,

Good hospital, unfortunately, they have not been able to prevent my child from being taken away from me even though he has never been home.

In particular from Madelon Kleingeld who would arrange the communication between VT and me. According to the UMCG in Groningen, I seemed to be suffering from very serious social problems and I participated nicely in Utrecht when I was also miraculously gifted.
Oh well I played the game, pretended that I was very stupid and didn't notice anything, she didn't get annoyed with the whining of a safe home that came as a surprise attack when I went from one hospital to another with my child.

A frustrated freelancer could not get a hold of me and after I specifically asked in 3 emails what she was for (she could not arrange a McDonald house, hotel in the neighborhood or travel costs) I still wanted to mediate, but Mrs made me think of very serious social suffered problems.

I was allowed to sit in the hospital with my son for more than a year, a few months earlier I returned to Groningen and Madelon Kleingeld had not sent a transfer. So basically there was nothing wrong but Safe at home could not stand it. They had told Utrecht that I was mentally retarded and lived with my parents, and never made a call that it was my address Maarja Madelon walked along nicely and when my son had to go home and come home safely, they said yes everything is so arranged for you and your network. Then I also discovered why that person had made a report to Secure Home for serious social problems, she pretended that I had caused all this and she had forgotten to mention that I no longer live there but have my old address made a report.
A safe home that I had called for my neighbor did not want to help with a new home and then I took a lawyer in my arms and now I have been living quietly in a rich neighborhood for 1.5 years.

The lady from Safe home who lived in the deprived neighborhood where I had only lived for a few months went to investigate there and handed it over to my new neighborhood with a warm handover and because it is a rich neighborhood she hadn't looked for anything but expected that I would live there alone.

She never went to look but she went to tell lies to the WKZ when they did nothing about it, she just tried it again in Groningen in the umcg and when she did not manage it yet and realized that she had made a mess made a report to the Council and WSG in 24 hours.

I am deeply in misery because of a false report and I am constantly shouted in my face that I have refused help. And the family guardian tried several times to let my authority be taken away because this was a truck that had been thought of safely at home but I keep getting it. Now she's going to spread lies.

My son is placed in the 3rd foster home and I don't know why, I cooperated with everything and the family guardian admitted that she was also sent by Veilig Thuis, just like Madelon Kleingeld and no longer wants to do ... first I suddenly had to give up my home because the case had to be right and now she is not doing anything and my son is suddenly transferred to another foster family.

I do not know why.

But the luck is that the WKZ does not work with these kind of weird authorities except Madelon Kleingeld, so don't trust her she will let you fall hard if it gets too hot under her feet and if you lose your child she will participate in youth care

A good hospital where they have a lot of knowledge. Friendly and professional staff! I just hope that they will do something about the interior, everything is old, worn out and dirty.

Good hospital, only the rooms are dirty. Children who have cancer should have complete hygiene. Even the isolated rooms are dirty and filthy. There is no cleaning at all. If one of the parents wants to sleep with it, you sleep on a dirty sofa. Very sorry and hope that the new hospital will not be so dirty

Yet the best children's hospital in the Netherlands. For the little adventurers ... grab the 'secret' tunnel between the WKZ and the UMC. You want to tell the porter where the tunnel is.

Very good hospital with top staff!
We would be called within 2 weeks to schedule an appointment for our daughter of almost 4 months.
However, we were allowed to come by the same afternoon.
Time was taken, she was well researched and observed, which led them to the conclusion that she should be hospitalized immediately.
And that after 4 months of worry since birth.

Ultimately she was admitted to the Turtle ward for 4 days.
The people who work there have been so nice to her, discussed everything with us, we could call them day and night, although we called 10 times they remain friendly and compassionate.
Thanks to this hospital, the cause of spitting and losing weight was found and because they immediately came up with the right solution, things are now going very well!

This is an excellent hospital. Real tip care in all fields (and we now know almost all departments ...). So much expertise in-house, short lines. And for long-term care, you can also access reports and files or repeat prescriptions via a secure parent portal. There professionally and: really good atmosphere compared with many other hospitals. A lot of attention for the child itself, see doctors and nurses working together and jointly looking for the best for the child, together with the parents. I give it a big 10.
Practical: catering has improved considerably in recent years, more healthy options and longer opening times. Parking is sometimes a bit tricky, is quickly full but there is also valet parking.
