Very disappointed and would not refer to Koley as a professional firm.

I have not received an accounting of the payments sent to Koley. I've asked for it several times over months of time, and filed a complaint with even the state alleged oversight for attorneys Mark Weber. But Mark Weber does not call me back.... Koley sued me even for funds billed that i paid them via retainers and they didn't help me or follow my direction or help me as a client so need to sue them if i want my money back it appears. Seems like a crazy bunch of folks Greg Scaglione and our alleged state of Nebraska Oversight person Mark Weber. I'm happy to get on a call with these folks and anyone else to explain this negative and concerning review. Nebraska deserves better.

I have been a client of this law firm since 2004. They have represented me personally as well as seeing me through the sale of a business. I have always been treated with professionalism and courtesy. I cannot compare their financial issues as I have never swayed from the use of this firm. Marlon Lofgren has been my attorney for the most part and I highly recommend him. We have also used them through other attorneys for estates planning.
