Is very good. I really like going to the pawn shop. Is very good.

I usually stop in there once a week on my way home from work to check out what they have in stock. Found some awesome video games there. I actually bought a copy of Halo ($5) and it turns out the game disc was damaged about halfway through. I came in and told them about it. They took care of me on some guitar equipment that I wanted to buy as a "sorry about that". They do test all the items they bring in. That's why they couldn't tell the game was bad 20 hours into the campaign ;-)

I also bought an old Sears belt sander and it has worked like a champ.

They know that they are a pawn shop. Don't be afraid to talk about price especially if you have cash. They want to move merchandise and have happy repeat customers as much as you want a good deal.

Five Stars because they gladly test anything you want to buy. Game Consoles, tools, instruments. They want you to leave feeling good about the money you just spent.

Very friendly and curtious employees, I have purchased a few items from this establishment in the past year, the first item was defective and I had stopped in and was asked if I had any other item/s that I was interested in instead of the defective product I had bought. I found a few things and they were very pleasant with the whole process of remedying the problem. They could have easily dismissed my problem and said they do except returns, as it clearly states on the receipt ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! That speaks volumes about their business practices, I will definitely be a returning SATISFIED customer! Thanks!

They offer reasonable deals when you bring them stuff however they don't discuss prices over the phone but they will give you a lot of money

This place has it all! Very helpful staff and extremely organized. Everything was easy to find and kept very clean! With the people, the service, and the store itself it is easily the best I've been to.

Good store, decent merchandise. Def better kept than most pawn shops... guitars are priced a little too high tho... did comparisons. Some were just a few dollars off from brand new. Having cash prob leaves things open for negotiations.

Not slamming the store. People there are decent enough... but, dont pawn off music equipment here... extreme lowballing... if something can sell for a grand, an offer of $125 is just insulting... stick to REVERB for that.

I would buy from these guys again in a second. They worked with me on everything from the start and shipped me an item and I received it the next day. When talking to them on the phone they were professional and friendly. Always responded to my email fast. Thank you for doing a great job for me.

Professional,always willing to work with you, just don't ever call and ask how much you can get for something, they have to see it first. Great prices,great people, and the owner is awesome, they pride themselves with great business that's why so many of them have worked their for 20+ years.

Do not pawn a gun to this place. It is not worth it. They will do anything in their power to keep it for the tiny amount of money they loaned you. Somebody I know did this- the only way they would give it back was for somebody else to buy it for an upped price ($400 more than the money given for pawn)

Went in with silver eagles. Guy tried to offer me $15 a peace for them when spot is at $19.60. What a waste of my time. Don't go here unless you are looking to get ripped off. Went up the street and got $20 each.

I ve been going to Wizebuys since they opened in Highland years ago. Have grown to love the place. I ve bought guitars there, handguns, TVs, basically anything you want for a good price, go here! Wade the owner is one incredible person. They also run National Pawnbrokers in Waterford. Solid place, will continue to give the mom and pop shops my business. to many more successful years!

Absolutely the worst pawn shop. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They lost a good customer who will NEVER return over a $1000 TV. That they offered me $35 for.

3carat diamond ring and offered 75$. More of an insult than experience. Wouldn t waste my time with these guys

EDIT: 3/16/2018- I have discovered that David "the owner" of this location has dealt with the issue at hand immediately after finding out about it back when it happened. Upmost professionalism at it's finnest! Great ownership

Where to start... So I walked in exactly at 6:26 pm today and talked to the bald guy "no offense, I didn't get your name" and asked a simple question of ideal places to get a conceal carry license and he was extremely nice & helpful. He said he thought there were business cards up at the front counter so I then asked the front counter "mind you I was 5 feet away from the front counter so there was no way the other 2 employees did not hear my original question, and asked if there were any business cards up front and the brown haired employee just said "go to Peacemakers in Howell" I then said "wow that's really far" then at that point the young brown haired girl with the nose piercing rudely interrupts the other employee and me to say "JUST GOOGLE IT" first of all I have and google isn't always the most helpful, secondly your shop was RECOMMENDED to me by my mother in law. I would also like to take the time to inform you that I am a Marine Corps Veteran and it took every shred of self restraint in my body to not embarass her in front of everyone. I refuse to step foot in your establishment again and will absolutely make sure that none of my fellow Veteran Brethren will visit you either.

Went in selling a guitar I had originally bought for $930. Was told the max anyone except a private buyer would pay for it was $215. They also assured me other options such as Motor City Guitar only did trade ins and would not buy it. Decided to try anyway and was able to sell my instrument to the the store for $450 which was my original asking price. This business is unethical and actively tried to give me a very low cut of what my instrument was worth. I will never go here again.

I took in some of my grandmothers jewelry and was surprised at the ammount I got for only 5 pieces. Will return in the furture. Thanks guys!

Make sure that you really want an item before making any payments on it. If you decide you no longer want to purchase the item, none of the payments that you have made will be honored and given back to you. They offered to give me store credit for a small portion of the money I had given them towards the item. At the end of the day, they keep your money and the item.

They are always helpful when we go in, we went yesterday and ended up with some free dvds, but while we were there (we have a 2month old) some got kept checking bass speakers, it freaked out my baby. I think they should have a spot just for that, which isn't by the door and on the main sales floor. My husband loves going on to buy tools for work.

Bought a "all in one" computer for my son as his BIG Christmas gift. Told Tony the sales person, he's young so don't want to spend more than 200.00 all it needs to do is be able wireless for YouTube streaming or maybe children games. When he opened it and we tried to set it up it is not wireless. Worst feeling ever as mom...it was the only thing on his list... I'd have to have cable company add a outlet in his bedroom. When I called Tony yp see if we could exchange it... he said I can't bring it back for an exchange. He said his manager said no return or exchanges. My only option was to sell it back to them and might be able to give me a 100.00 for it. really?? Oh did I mention I was in the store 2 weeks before and spent 1700.00 on 2 rings and the week after went in a spent another1500.00 on a single diamond ring. Terrible customer service as far as I am concerned and sales obviously misled me on this one. Won't be back...

I always have great experience here at wize guys. the staff is always nice and helpful. they always help me out when Iam there, and I always leave satisfied. been coming to wize guys for 2 years now and I find myself going back because of their great customer service they provide. I tell them all the time how much I adore them, and decided to do their survey for the first time to brag about them.

The young lady who was helping me shop for subwoofers was very helpful. The older guy was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Tip: When someone asks you a question about one of your items, tell them 'you don't know' when they ask what a button does (if you don't know). DO NOT say 'I guess you'll just have to press it and find out'.

I've bought TONS of musical gear here. Microphones, amps and basses (bass player). Always willing to dicker a bit and work with you. And it's clean - most pawn shops smell like ca-ca. I think part of the deal with that is they don't take in a lot of crap that will never sell, which just sits around smelling the place up and getting dusty. And nice new jewelry.

Dishonesty at its finest! Took 2 of my guns on pawn using an expired Michigan State ID. And then suprise, suprise when it was time to pick them up, they couldnt "legally" accept an expired ID. Sold me a pair of earrings that (no kidding) were worn once and the gem fell out of one. Also, sold my elderly mother a guitar that looks like it was made in someone's workshop, knowing full well it was untunable. DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will regret it.

They have a good selection of items, but with any pawn shop, it's all used, and trading things in are worth nothing.

Just completed a firearms transfer that I purchased from Wizebuys and could not be happier. The entire experience was top notch.

I live in Wisconsin so I had to put my trust in their staff in sending me close up pictures and even handling the rifle and looking at certain features while I asked questions. Very professionally handled.
