I started working for AvantGuard in 2016 while I was going to school and have since moved into a full-time position. Avantguard is a great Central Station. I work with dozens of Central Stations, and in my experience Avantguard is top notch.

I had an attempted break-in a few weeks ago during the day when no one was home. Avantguard was quick to call me to verify the alarm and then dispatched immediately upon my request. This was the first real break-in attempt I had experienced in over 20 years, and it was comforting to know that the police were on their way. I've had user error false alarms over the years, and they have consistently been quick to respond in the most professional way. Knowing that Avantguard is monitoring my system gives me peace of mind, whether I am home or away.

I worked for 6 years for an manufacturer of alarm products and AvantGuard was always in touch with us to support our latest and greatest products. Their dealers sing their praises about how friendly the operators are and how supportive the admin team is. I can t recommend them enough!

Favorite monitoring company I have ever worked with!

I got a notice saying That I used there service and posted it publicly. I did not even drive by so that bothers me. When I called to ask, they said that they had no idea why. Not Good!

We moved monitoring centers once in 25 years And I vowed I would never do it again. AvantGuard took care of everything, they converted our data from Sims to Stages flawlessly and their support staff was wonderful and continues to be wonderful as needed.

We rolled our phone lines over the exact day & minute as scheduled and then our AES radios & then our IP communicators without any issues.

The operators are professional and do an excellent job representing our company. We are 100% satisfied and the best part of AvantGuard is they continue to stay on top of emerging technologies and procedures and have excellent communications with us & our customers. We were having numerous communication issues with calls not getting through at our old central station, that has been eliminated at AvantGuard.

Lastly, special kudos to Gavin Butterfield who is always there for us as needed and our sales team of Troy Iverson & Jeff Dickerson who always are looking out for us. Moving to AvantGuard is a no brainer & one of the best business decisions we have made.

I have no idea who this company is, but they charged my credit card $30 for services that I never asked for.

I have used AvantGuard for the Monitoring of my accounts for 8 years now. I have been extremely happy with the attention to detail that they provide to me and my customers.

I have to deal with this worthless excuse for human existence and monitoring because the employees of Meridian Security in Colorado Springs, Colorado are too lazy to monitor their client's homes. I received a 30 dollar fee from the city when the police responded to what they termed a burglary. However, I found out from the city that the glass break sensor was activated, but no indication of this was ever given to me. I am still being charged thirty dollars for a lack of accountability from Avantguard, Meridian Security, and Colorado Springs Police Department.
What legitimate company outsources monitoring, equipment, and support to third-party companies, then states that I should call Avantguard, but no direct line is given to them from Meridian Security?
