I wish we could order from somewhere else...worst ...

I wish we could order from somewhere else...worst customer service ever. When we are shorted on our order it is such a hassle to get it off bill. They used to have representatives come and check on small businesses..now just a phone call every other week. And to try and talk to someone about issues is impossible..10 minutes on hold. They do not care about small accounts.
