The staff yelled and was very rude to my wife and I, then cursed us out because we wanted to return tablets less than 24hrs after purchase. WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN..........

Wireless Vision used to be the place to be. That was before the COO joined the company. Literally two months before he joined (April 2018) managers took huge cuts in commission so the company can get him on payroll without affecting profitability. Since then WV made it very hard to hit commission targets. Every time there are changes, they blame it on T-Mobile directly. But some how manage to acquire more stores and promote their buddies from BestBuy. Since the sprint merger, employees haven't seen any increase in salary/hourly wages for having to do two companies work. In fact they've seen a pay cut due to commission cuts on metro by T-Mobile, Sprint, and T-Mobile prepaid migration to T-Mobile. A revenue cut of almost 80%. While store managers/district managers suffer all across the company, the VP of Sales got promoted to Sr VP, and the company added another VP position. Stop being top heavy and pay your managers and sales reps who are generating the revenue for the company! Ton of great talent are quitting and more to come if changes aren't made for the better ASAP!
