I am extremely grateful for the help and advice I always receive from WireITfree. Tom and James always come promptly and solve my problems without delay.

Tom and his engineer did a wonderful job. Very prompt in response and all the issues cleared away.

Wireitfree have provided a very satisfactory service which was efficient and knowledgeable . They were a relaxed and friendly team .

I phoned and spoke to Tom because, after several days of trying, I couldn t get my wireless printer to connect to any of my Apple devices. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 situation, he wasn t able to get someone out to me, but very talked me through what I needed to do to make the connection work and (staying on the line with me), a few minutes later everything was working again.
I found Tom to be very helpful and patient with me, and would recommend him to anyone needing tech help.

Tom and his team are very obliging, quick efficient service. I have used him several times now for different reasons, we have also purchased and had installed a new desk computer. We were able to choose exactly what we wanted at a really competitive price with installation. With Tom and his guys no job is too much trouble and no job is too small, Tom doesn't pick and choose his jobs to suit him he's about giving the best service. Couldn't recommend WireITfree enough.

They ignore emails and take money for goods they cannot supply and then ignore all requests for a refund

Fast reliable service and knowledgeable. I'm an IT professional and suspected a hardware problem when my PC got unstable, Will correctly diagnosed a memory card failure PC and did a good job of cleaning up the boards plus gave sensible advice on keeping it running smoothly.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Solved all my data and account transfer issues to a new laptop. Would definitely recommend.

WireITFree has visited me today and previously, they have been very satisfactory in the past, and I am sure they will be this time.
James appeared very dedicated to his job, which I thank him for, and Tom. I would recommend WireITFree to my friends.
