Place was bad and dirty, no air conditioning or even a fan and during summer in whistler this is extremely uncomfortable. Shower curtain was broken. Bed sheets has stain and dirty. We really had a bad experience. Theres is no front desk on site and checking in is a complete hustle. Please stay away at this place or at the very least dont stay at room 303 cause you ll definitely regret it. Lastly dont be fooled by there advertising there is no pool or jacuzzi on site available. I choose this place because it said that it has pool and jacuzzi available because other hotel have it closed because of covid but this place said it was open unfortunately thats a big lie..

No air-conditioning, have never been to a hotel with no air-conditioning! When calling the lobby to inquire I was made to feel like an idiot and told the room was not advertised with air-conditioning. Maybe it should be more clear that the rooms have no air-conditioning as I'm pretty sure that I can't be the first to question this. Poor businesses practice!

We stayed at the Aspens, but had to check in here. The check-in instructions we received by email were very confusing, especially to someone whose never been to Whistler. Everyone in our party had difficulty sleeping due to the worn out beds and not being able to control the heat. Slept with all the windows/doors open! Very convenient, beautiful location.

Visited Whistler during the Grand Fondo as we do every year! Always loved staying in Whistler Premier managed resorts! Friendly staff members and location of the Blackcomb lodge is perfect for our stay (right in the heart of Whistler village!) and next to groceries and plenty of awesome restaurants!
