Bad developer. Beware!!! Make sure the amenities they promised you are stated in S&P. Their subsidiary did horrible work in our condo. 50% of total units experienced burst pipes and they did not want to be responsible. Countless defects and things started to fall and falling apart. They did not build amenities and this is tantamount to cheating. They were sued despite of high conquas score awarded by BCA. We are calling out to all condominiums that are experiencing same problems now to come together and seek help from our government and debate this matter in parliament. There is no justice as owners have to spend sleepless nights and money to fight them and their maincon, Greatearth in Court. This bad developer should close down quickly and end their expansion to Malaysia, China and any other countries, otherwise, they will bring shame to Singapore. Wingtai/WT's subsidiary does not deserve a star.
