So this winery is mainstream af - best thing about it is the drive to it across the creek and food. The charcuterie board was great (substituting salami for cheese - yeah it s me, yo). Lady pouring seemed a little condescending that we don t eat meat, but she sweetened up when she saw our dog. Good people, good service - great food! The wines are good, but not stellar and have that mainstream quantity over quality taste. Worth a stop for lunch and sharing a flight - perhaps a bottle or two.

I love how far out this place is! Such a great little hidden winery in the mountain!! Both the reds and the whites were great. I really liked the petite verdot and the clio. I also recommend doing the 1.8 mile hike around the vinyard..and don't miss the shakey bridge ;)

Hands down my favorite collection of VA wines. Staff were knowledgeable and polite. The setting is beautiful. The owners are personable and humble. I would describe my visit as relaxing and pleasant. We loved it so much that we became Club Members (our first).

What an awesome vineyard!! Great wines! Great service!! Very clean and modern facility. The walk around the vineyard was beautiful and the "Hanging Bridge" was one of a kind experience. Well worth the trip! Highly recommend!!

If you re planning to come here.. make sure it s not when they re hosting an event.. there was 20 minutes before their private event started and they refused to allow my wedding party to buy any wine (to take home). I (as well as my 12 bridesmaids) will never return here ever again. Every other winery in the area was so welcoming and so supportive of every other vineyard in the area.. I d prefer to go to Wolf Gap, Kindred Point and Cave Ridge EVERY day of the week.

Great little winery. One of the owners greeted us as we came in. The girl who did our tasting was very friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful setting- if it were warmer and sunny, we would have enjoyed some wine outdoors. All the wines are blends, but they re all great. Be careful getting here over the one lane bridge!

A new vineyard with the tasting room added in November 2016. The tasting room is surrounded by the vineyard providing a great view from several windows. The vineyard has been producing wines for several years, we tasted their 2011 Clio which is a Bourdeaux blend. This is noteworthy because most wineries will not taste wines with this much aging! The Clio was a great blend with too much french oak for my palate, but Danielle loved it. Wine glasses were included in our tasting fee. This Vineyard is worth a visit, and I expect that over the next few years when their new vineyard plantings mature that they will be producing a great variety of good wines.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE. Full of gorgeous art, vineyard views, a swing foot bridge over the river, hand crafted tables made wood from the property and very kind owner. Wines are pretty good too! A bit drier than I like... white wine drinkers will love this place (my husband). Sometimes you wonder if you should vineyard hop, or stay at one place and enjoy a few glasses. In hindsight, we should have stayed here and enjoyed a few glasses :) Brides-to-be should also check out this property!

Stopped in during a February hiking trip in the area. Was impressed with the new tasting room. Every wine we tasted was excellent. Bought my favorite bottle. When I went to open the bottle, I wasn't pleased with the taste and contacted the staff. I got an immediate and friendly response from Muse who quickly sent a replacement bottle that arrived in 48 hours. Definitely will be stopping through again the next time we are in the area and highly recommend to anyone traveling through.

Nice atmosphere and the wines are good. We were referred here from the lady at Shenandoah Winery. Clio was very, very good and Petit Verdot was also quite nice. Worth your time and recommended, but some of the other area wineries feel a bit more personal in the experience.

Spectacular wine and service. I've never been to a wine tasting where I enjoyed every single wine! Beautiful, breathtaking views. Sally (owner), Teresa, and ms. Jazz were so friendly. If you're new to the area, visit this place first. Absolutely loved it

Went to visit Muse Vinyards for the first time yesterday and it was such a great experience! Awesome wine, food, and service with a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy it all. Also had the pleasure of meeting Tori, one of their wine tasting attendants. She was so sweet and down to earth! Definitely recommend Muse to anyone checking out wineries in the area.

Updated to 4; came back, and no short staff, no long waits! Wine is very good as is the food. Really 3.5...come for the wine, and be prepared to stand in line for 15 to 20 mins during busy hours. Wine is a 4, service is a 2. Employees are short staffed when it comes to ordering, and the rest of the staff are short to the point of being rude. The food selection is good but it takes a while to get it. Hopefully they will reevaluate their tasting room operations to make it more efficient.

Have been wanting to come and visit Muse for sometime now and finally had the opportunity and I m so glad that I did! Teresa was our server and she was very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. All of the wines in our tasting were amazing and then we settled on a glass of the new 2019 Erato and 2016 Clio with our warm Brie with chutney. The whole experience was amazing and we ll be planning a return trip.

Beautiful grounds however had bad service when we were there. Came for a tasting which website says tastings now open and then replied that they were only selling by the bottle. When inquired the response from a staff member was well I guess they need to change it. Very rude service overall.

Our first time visiting this winery and bringing our out of town guest. Bad/no signage at street/bridge entrance. Couldn t figure out where entrance was located. At the tasting counter we greeted staff and said ... it s our first time here.. . Got no welcome, history, just the auto pilot pitch about the wine tasting. It was full of customers ... but not overly crowded. We ordered food and the tattooed waiter didn t bring enough plates. We asked him for more only to be waved at as he walked away ...Very disappointing service. It was lovely setting, food/pizza was great! We enjoyed the hiking and novelty of the suspension walking bridge.

Good wine, very rude staff.. I visited this winery on Memorial Day with three other guests. The wine is very good however the friendliness of the staff leaves something to be desired. We arrived early and purchased appx &70 worth of wine. We were seated outside enjoying the day when we were approached by a server who politely informed us that the live free music event was about to begin and that we would have to vacate our seats without having tickets at a specific time. We informed him that we would be leavng shortly. Apx 5 minutes later a female employee approached us rudely stating that we would have to leave at 2pm due to the live music. I then informed her that we had 15 minutes and that we would be leaving shortly. The woman then proceeded to angrily glare at me. My wife and I are Shenandoah Co residents and she recently paid for a membership at this vineyard. I am all about supporting local businesses during these hard times however I will not be supporting this place anymore. Needless to say we were also overcharged for our purchase. My wife returned to the front door of the business to have the order corrected and the same woman greeted Herat the door asking what she needed. There are so many great vineyards in Shenandoah Co, I ll spend my money elsewhere.

It was a great experience! Our server was gracious, patient and super sweet. The wines are top notch and taste like there was a lot of effort put into them. The meat and cheese plate was delicious! May I recommend the Cabernet Franc with the manchego cheese. They have a huge property with a wine trail and beautiful scenery. Best part? You can bring your dog! But please keep your pet on a leash (rule should apply anywhere). Stop in if you re traveling or just around the corner. The only con (if there is one) is that during the summer hours there can be a lot of kids depending on the day but if parents are responsible this shouldn t impact your visit.

Visiting MUSE Vineyards brought back memories of Healdsburg in Sonoma, Chateau Serene in the Willamette Valley and GIVRY in France. Each with their special ambience and beauty and each with excellent red wines. The MUSE Petite Verdot offered a special surprise with its deep purple color and surprising smoothness usually not found in this variety. The view of the Shenandoah Valley and its the North Fork offered a therapeutic dividend that was well worth the visit by itself. Regards, Stephen M.

Great location, and a wide variety of wines-- I think the ones we had during our (free*!) wine flight were all good offerings ranging from mild and simple, to robust and complex. Planning on stopping by again on our 2-week getaway!

A must visit for any wine lover or even those new to wine that want nice ambiance and excellent customer service. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable about the wines & the property and had a great charismatic personality. We liked every wine on the tasting menu .... Quite a rarity. Can't wait to visit again. We also indulged in one each of the meat and cheese offerings while enjoying a bottle inside the tasting room. Excellent all around. I'd also recommend exploring the property for a few fun surprises.
