Love them. Been here 7 years. Just installed new toilets, fridge, insulation, bathroom fans, and now getting ready for new bathroom and kitchen cabinets and counters!

This place is awful. The winters are harsh, the summers are brutal, there's a wild-man eating clam in the backyard.

The indoor conditions of these apartments are deplorable...Broken delapatated cabinets in the entire units,rusted sinks that are painted over,mold due to massive leaks n floods which create mold...Broken AC 's etc.Brenna Hall is hired as a property manager of which she performs poorly!...Much of her time is spent as a "gossiping slumlord" causing desention between tenants with gossip ,lies,tales.Very unprofessional and unethical business practices!

I lived here for 9and a half years. My husband had to mow our yard. My a/c went out multiple times and the last time Brenna the apartment manager refused to fix my air stating that there was no money in the budget to fix my a/c. I had to buy 2 window units just to cool my apartment and my husband just had a triple bypass surgery on his heart. My a/c was also leaking which caused mold and mildew and Brenna would not fix this either. I even spoke to Nikki who is Brenna's supervisor and she assured me the problem would be taken care of. It was never solved and Nikki stopped answering my calls. This property was so nice when I first moved in. It is completely run down and is a huge eye sore. There are so many problems that need fixing and they won't do anything. Keep in mind I lived there for 9 and a half years and was not late on my rent nor did I cause problems. I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE IN THIS DISGUSTING SLUM! RENTERS BEWARE....THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR APARTMENT! THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES!

This property looks a hot mess! As soon as you drive onto the property, you will immediately notice column poles leaning on front porches, multiple large pot holes on the entire lot, doors needing to be repainted, glass windows are cracked and taped up, roofs needing repair, rotting wood, graffiti on brick wall, broken down vehicles on flats in parking lot, and also needs landscaping.

I remember when this complex was first built, and was a nice community to be in. However, now the sight of this property is an unbearable eye-soar. I'm very disappointed in the management team here in allowing what was once a beautiful community to go from Windmill Run to Windmill Rundown. You can't tell me that the funds aren't there to fix this property up accordingly. Will be reporting this... I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here, and I'm not even a tenant.
