I am writing in regard to this companies claim handling. I reported the claim to them on 9/27/19 guessing it would take a few days to get an adjuster assigned. Guess what nothing happened. I called them again on 11/1 and was told a Dominique was handling my claim. I called and left her several voice mails with no response and emailed her as well. Finally got an email that coverage was clear but liability was not and she asked me for the police report and evidence to prove her insured was at fault. Guess they don't pay people to do their job's at this company especially since they have had the claim for over a month with nothing done. but they may pay good vacation time because that is the excuse I got twice that she was on vacation time. In any event my continued calls and emails did nothing to resolve the claim. I finally sent screen shots from the video showing her insured was at fault. Now I'm told it will take another week for the review team to look at my claim demand! REALLY!! Their service SUCKS! I have called the supervisor twice as well with no return call or response. Be wary if you use this company they have no idea what they are doing. My next call is to the department of insurance to report this company for their delay in claim hope they get a huge fine!!

I got a response after posting this message to send someone else my documentation. It was received on 11/21 and I responded within an hour of receiving the email. To date they still have not responded or paid my claim. Again this company is a bad bet for insurance whether you are the insured or their insured hit you, don't plan on getting paid anytime soon.

Top worst insurance company. Can't wait for the day that this company goes under. It's only a matter of time and from my understanding its already in the works. If you have any type of policy with this company I advise you to cancel or not renew.

Deserves a Zero star really, they're horrible with customer service and very rude, my local agent never answered any calls or responded to any voicemails. All of a sudden this past month they told me I missed a payment when it was clearly stated on my balance that I did, but they tried to charge double for the month! And when I called they didn't answer , or they put me on hold and never came back, two days later they had canceled my policy! Kind of glad they did anyways cause they must be a SCAM!!! DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE YOU WILL REGRET IT , Just pay the extra 40 dollars for a better company!

First off I d give these people a negative star. I got car insurance with this company and paid in full for the year. 2 months later I find out that they cancelled my insurance because the branch shutdown . I called and they notified me that they were going to give me my money back. Fast forward 6 months and I still haven t gotten my check nor a phone call. And when I call there is no answer. Highly DO NOT recommend this company. They are thieving scammers.

UNPROFESSIONAL ADJUSTERS! I was forced to do business with this company due to their driving hitting me.l Their adjusters are rude and very low class. I was attended by Yeximara Mora who was horrible to work with from the start. I have made it a point to report her to her company as she was so rude and unprofessional.

Can I give negative stars? I spent 30 minutes on hold, only to be hung up on. I'm on 27 minutes of wait time this go around, and NO ONE will answer my call. If you are looking for any sort of customer service, this is not the place for it.

Had them for a few years.then i get a call that stated they are going under and and i had to get different insurance and they would assist me with this.well no assistance and no insurance. I paid on time .no claims either..long story short they suck..i got a lot better insurance for a lot less....

I can't speak for all employees there but Lisette Arroyo is the best!! She was very knowledgeable and respectful. She answered all of my questions and even gave valuable information. I would recommend everyone ask for her because she really knows whats going on. I'm happy with the outcome but I have to call back today. I hope I can get her again she's amazing.

Have made it near impossible to reach a representative. I have an open claim. It feels almost assured I won't reach a rep before the right to claim compensation expires.

I was involved in a car accident on November, from that month I am receiving several calling with the same message: Apply to your own insurance, we do not have money! This company sells car insurance and them, they do not pay the claims ! I do not recommencement to get a car insurance from this company. If you get a insure you must be covered in any case. I do not want to receive more calling from this insurance company. DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!!
