I am writing in regard to this companies claim handling. I reported the claim to them on 9/27/19 guessing it would take a few days to get an adjuster assigned. Guess what nothing happened. I called them again on 11/1 and was told a Dominique was handling my claim. I called and left her several voice mails with no response and emailed her as well. Finally got an email that coverage was clear but liability was not and she asked me for the police report and evidence to prove her insured was at fault. Guess they don't pay people to do their job's at this company especially since they have had the claim for over a month with nothing done. but they may pay good vacation time because that is the excuse I got twice that she was on vacation time. In any event my continued calls and emails did nothing to resolve the claim. I finally sent screen shots from the video showing her insured was at fault. Now I'm told it will take another week for the review team to look at my claim demand! REALLY!! Their service SUCKS! I have called the supervisor twice as well with no return call or response. Be wary if you use this company they have no idea what they are doing. My next call is to the department of insurance to report this company for their delay in claim hope they get a huge fine!!

I got a response after posting this message to send someone else my documentation. It was received on 11/21 and I responded within an hour of receiving the email. To date they still have not responded or paid my claim. Again this company is a bad bet for insurance whether you are the insured or their insured hit you, don't plan on getting paid anytime soon.
