Security was extremely nice and plenty of overnight parking. Receiver Ethan was called out as to why I hadn't been unloaded yet , 0900 appt, and it was 0945. Ethan told dispatch that I was unloaded and it was the limpets fault. At 10am they actually went in the trailer and unloaded. Honesty seems to be an issue with the receiving dept...
This place is horrible I had an 8 appointment been sitting here for two hours they haven't even touched the load very very unproductive work crew here
Not a terrible place but very slow. Staff is respectful but expect to be here 4+ hrs.
I love delivering hear, they make it so easy, and there is plenty of parking if you arrive early
Love going to this place. Clean and well organized, with friendly, professional people. Easy to get to, and lots of places to park. Wish I had it as a dedicated run.
Got a door as soon as we got here, got unloaded and paid lumper, gone in 2 hours.

Parking on street. Drive up to gate They will give you a door or send you to staging. Checked in at 6:30 for a 7 and was given a door and they started unloading. Very clean, easy backing. Large break room across from door 204.
Slower than a snail, 8 hrs to unload, unloaders are hard on trailers, slamming into load that hard is ridiculous
At first I thought they were very well organized until it took them 5 hours to unload my truck. Slowest by far in the industry.
We are regular shoppers there. They do a good job taking care of the products.
nice people. my appointment was at 9pm. I checked in 8.30pm, got the door. they started unloading 9.05. at 10.45pm I was already leaving the place empty.
2 hours to get unloaded with frozen stuff i can deal with. But then 3 more hours just to get my paperwork so i can leave for 5 hours total is BS.
04/06/2017 Checked in at 0500 appointment was at 0600 got out at 0800 I have been here many times never had an issue with the guards the receivers the lumpers or the yard jockeys
03/01/2019 We were able to check in 2 hours early appointment was at 0030 got a right away,still very friendly staff easy in and out
They are always busy, but friendly checker's. Always smiling.
One of the worst places I ve ever delivered. The staff is so disrespectful and rude. So many people in the office not doing anything but personal talk and chatter. The lumper fees are out of this world expensive. They charge you before your load is even received. I will never pull another WinCo Foods load again.

Very good prices and selection. I wish they had a store closer, but well worth the drive to shop there. I feel their prices are the best in Boise.
I hate going here mainly because I have to do a annoying comcheck. I hate those things, how about the broker prepays it.
This place has cost me two late pickups now. They are nice but extremely slow. Union Jack offs. Won't be coming back here. Wish there was a app to warn of places like this before we broker the loads. Charge a 100 dollar fee just to go here. Just saying

Parking on the street only. Allowed in a little early...times vary according to guard on duty. Fast unload with dry goods, slower with reefer.
My appointment was at 8 am checked in 6 am security told me to check in 15 m before my appointment got the door 8 am
I got 2 pallets only they start unloading me at 9 am now it s 11 am still here waiting for lumper to call me for the bills
Very temperamental window clerks. Lumper Service is managed by a phsyco. Seems over night office staff gets annoyed when you walk in to check in, they don't like to be disturbed from their sleeping on the job. They do everything in their power to look busy and delay addressing your presence.
Be prepared for an unusually high lumper fee and a very poor attitude.
If this is employee owned the employees suck it bull to get unload and not get your bills for two hours. I guess they are the only one that needs to make a living. Lumper's need more fingers and toes. I have never had to wait this long for my bills winco you really need to get this fixed the truck driver's deserve better than this a should be able to make money as well!!!!

..seen better, seen worse.. ATTENTION: hav'nt been here in about 6 months..where there was only sagebrush fields across the road from WinCo's DC, there are now 2 huge warehouses under construction..(4/14/21).., and another just getting started.. THEY HAVE PUT (?) sandbags along the "curb" side..(WinCo's side), effectively taking away 50% of the street parking..!!! So now, it's even "more fun" to come here..lol.. Will update with more info later..
Needs a couple more motorized carts, always busy here, great meat selections and produce. Meat department helps out with special cuts. Great prices and selection of products. Clean, would like aisles organized different, its like walking in a maze, but they almost always have everything that we need, sometimes items we don't need like the bakery department which has really tasty donuts too.
They take too long to process the unload. I delivered a partial load, and they re still not done. If you are delivering a temperature sensitive load like chocolate or ice cream, do not open your doors at the dock until they are ready to unload you.
Nice clean, orderly place. Average time on dock is 4 hours though. A little slow between lumpers and receivers.
If I could give negative stars I would much worse than Wal-Mart's. The plumper service at this place is the worst anywhere lazy ass no good for nothing people. And I'm being nice with this post. Been here since 8:30 for 9 pm appt. Still here at 3:30 am and say they only half finished.
They're just very slow at everything. It was originally a 2 star but had to change it to a 1 star. But if I could make it a 0 I would. Capstone is rediculously slow. Unload is decent but apparently they have to take their shoes off to be able to count. Had a green light for over 2 hours now.

Good place to unload checked in at 4am for a 5am delivery received a door checked in and was out of there by 6 30 not bad. Plenty of room to maneuver a truck around and you can overnight park out on the street or there is a TA and a flying J about 4 miles down the road. The only downfall is the high lumper fees.
Don t want to come here again............if you have a free time to spend on then u can take their loads from whrever to here.........

What a thieving lying outfit. 5.5 hours 2get unloaded and then I'm told @4am there is a lumper fee of $250 for not 20 minutes? Then the gal says she told me when I checked in. BS? If she had I could have asked my dispatcher. Not @4am. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck I've seen this scam b4. They refuse 2give any proof I unloaded. I hope WinCo pays their employees enough 2sell their integrity. I was basically told tuff stuff.
Horrible. I refuse loads for them, and only them. 8 hour unload, 400 dollar lumper fee, refused to sign my detention and lumper forms. Terrible attitudes. Drivers are roaches to them.
WinCo Foods always has the freshest produce and vegetables fruits they usually have samples throughout the store on the weekends parking's not too bad there is a lot of parking and you save a lot of money versus Albertsons or Fred Meyers on your grocery bill every month
Great place to make an logbook reset! The employees are very nice, but unloading so slowly! I spent whole night long to be unloaded 10 pallets
Very bad experience!!! After holding me 5hours at the dock..charged $264 for lumper $40 of them where for touching every box on the pallet just imagine that!!
So $224 was not enough..extra $40 for touching every box and doing this for 5hours in a row is just perfect!! Keep away from this facility guys!!!

i dont understand all the bad reviews i was delivering on the dry side food got in 15 min early guard in guard shack friendly got backed in door couple hrs unloaded not bad lady at del window very friendly lumber lady awesome no problem at al broker took awhile cutting check not there fault alot better than most have a safe day everyone
